Novartis says won't give poor free H1N1 vaccines-FT
"If you want to make production sustainable, you have to create financial incentives," the FT quoted Novartis Chief Executive Daniel Vasella as saying in an early edition of Monday's paper.
The director-general of the World Health Organisation, Margaret Chan, has called for drugs companies to show solidarity with poor countries as they develop vaccines against the pandemic H1N1 virus, commonly known as swine flu.

Dr Vasella, you should be absolutely red-faced and thoroughly embarrassed to have made these statements.

Folks, take a good look at this income statement. Does this look like a company so financially tight that it can't afford to donate some vaccine to the poorest of the poor countries? These folks have raked in $42,584,000,000 as of 31 December 2008.

Dr. Vasella, your compensation from NOVARTIS as Chairman and CEO was 2.78 million dollars last year.
Your absolute indifference to the plight of people and countries which cannot afford to pay for this vaccine is both very disturbing, and very telling.

this is getting alot of attention i think.
i notice even at work my colleagues are all questioning it.
if it blows back on their face its going to be disastrous for them. Expecially considering the friction with the BRIC over the dollar. things are getting tense.
Especially now SCO have all but publically dumped the dollar, the writing's on the wall.
You know, I talk to clients from the states all day, a lot are asking the same thing..
"Can you help me open an account in the EU and change my $$ to €??"
So we get robbed, and now poisoned..

I just read an article which stated that the 1918 pandemic was not a Spanish flu but caused by the vaccines given to soldiers. The article stated that several soldiers dropped dead immediately from the toxic vaccines. My grandfather who was an ambulance driver in WWI died very young from a heart attack, as did F. Scott Fitzgerald. I will look at my history and report back on the article.
The public is fooled every time by the government. Remember the AIDS scare. Finally, the government has gotten it right. They must force the vaccine on everyone. The government has been trying to kill us for a very long time. Now, they have hit upon a plan that seems foolproof. They have already tested their plan and it seems workable to them. If you refuse the vaccine, they will kill you or send you to FEMA camp. If you take the vaccine, you die immediately or within ten-twenty years. I recommend that you pay off a doctor to certify that you have received the vaccine. Get in the line but wear a fake arm. Be creative, sheeple. |

I recently had to hospitalized at a Veterans Hospital in the intensive care (heart attack) and before they admitted me they swabbed my nose and would not explain why and when they discharged me they did the same thing...wondering if this could be connected. I found it very suspicious...
I have always feared the VA as far as human research goes. Quoting: Angel Helper
Let me weight in on this. I know exactly what this is about. I'm an MD at a VA. The swabs are taken to see if the patient harbors MRSA in his respiratory tract or on the skin. As you should know MRSA is methicillin resistant staphlococcus aureus. It's highly pathogenic and responsive to just a handful of antibiotics. If you get a clinical infection with it then you need IV antibiotics. Many people are carriers but are not clinically infected. MRSA is now common in communities. The next step will be the bug developing super resistance and God help you then. The nose swab is done by epidemiology. There is nothing nefarious about it. |

this part almost scares me more than the forced vaccination:
If you live in the USA, Canada, Japan or Europe, you could be forced to take a vaccination against the swine flu this fall.
