This is being filmed by STEREO. STEREO has 2 satellites one behind earth and one in front of earth [link to en.wikipedia.org] the one behind earth is the one picking up the object.
Both STEREO's front satellite and SOHO are not picking up the object. Logic deducts the object is between STEREO's back sat and Earth. It could be anything from an asteroid to another satellite or just space debris.
The size of the object could be misleading as it could be very close to the back sat camera.

Looking at the COR1 data it looks as if this actually skimmed along the outer Corona of the Sun. A very close call
While all the planets and most of the other objects in the solar system circle the sun counterclockwise, Just as before with comet Lulin , Both of these circle clockwise,They are essentially going backwards through the solar system but on the same plane as the planets Now it locates very low in the evening, and it will be not observable in April. But in the Northern Hemisphere, it will appear in the morning sky at 11 mag in early May, then it keeps observable in good condition while fading. In the Southern Hemisphere, it had been locating in good position until discovered in mid March, however, now it is not observable. It will appear in the morning sky in late May when it fades down to 12.5 mag.
The above is about Comet C/2009 G1 that also came in from this direction and was also labeled as a new type of object and does not belong to any known population or group of objects

This object is much further South , So unless it passes to the front it is going to hit and we should be able to see something occur as the result of the impact . Note this is not a small object either and we should not have to wait to long to see the end result will be

Look at the latest image. Doom cancelled! It apears to be some kinda reflection. The object is part of a circular reflection that goes all the way around the sun. Nothing more to see here. Move along

Comet C/2009 G1 could not be seen by Soho either . That is why it was known as a Stereo Comet and it did not belong to any of the Comet family groups that belong to SOHO the typical ones SOHO Kreutz-group,SOHO Non-Kreutz . So some objects can not be seen by SOHO perhaps because the size or the angle they are moving in at just as Comet C/2009 G1 was

Planet sized unknown object is quickly approaching the Sun. The object in question can clearly be seen in the Stereo Behind COR 2 imagery . At this time the course of this object will pass dangerously close to or will actually hit the Sun around the equator . This is not a charted object and is not a planet .

The orbit of the satellite is out further than earth and gradually moves further away. The front satellite has an orbit closer to the sun and gradually moves closer.

The Sun, our Sun, will be hit by a long since dead dwarf star. It has been named Hellion-1957. It was discovered December 22nd 1956.

The object will penetrate the sun and exit through the other side very similar to a bullet through a watermelon. The Suns core processes will not be destroyed. However, we expect a severe disturbance in the 11 year solar cycle.
Sun debris will be ejected into various orbits. It is calculated Earth has a 7.87% chance of hit/near miss of at least one piece of still burning ejecta.
The rogue dwarf Hellion will continue to exit the solar system at a reduced speed. We expect some of the suns ejecta to get caught in the tremendously strong magnetic field of Hellion.
We are now sure this is one of many processes that is responsible for the production of planets orbiting a sun. That being said, there is a slight chance of a new planet forming though, the process will involve thousands of years.
Hellion-1957 is considered the greatest threat to all nations of the world. Things aren't always as they seem. North Korea, China, Russia, USA and Japan are the assigned teams to provide any possible solutions, preventions and neccessary preparations. However, dealing with the size and mass of Hellion, intervention is just about impossible. So the focus of effort has been shifted to survivability. The seed bank is one example.

This object is Not Mercury though Mercury is expected around the 6th and will also be moving in retrograde . This is either a large unknown comet or asteroid and it is at an angle that it could hit the Sun
