if you get calls like that you can put the phone number in google and results pop up like this one "Who called you from 877-676-5866" and other people will have responded with their experiences from that number [link to 800notes.com]

i had a strange call from a# like that, they asked is this "(first name)", i said yes, they said thank you and hung up. i believe the call was from idaho, i called back and just got a weird business recording.
