apparently it helps to decalcify the pineal gland, pure kelp tabs have plenty of iodine in them, or just go to the sea side and stuff your face with seaweed!!!

BLOODY HELL! I did this test and the stain faded in 90 minutes! You read that correctly! No wonder I feel like total crap! So I went out and bought kelp tablets and lots of shellfish. Wish me luck!

oh and by the way, did you know that the chlorine in tap water neutralizes much of the iodine we get from normal sources like iodized table salt? I'll try to find the link.... I had it earlier today... where I live, we have LOTS of chlorine in the water.. the pieces are starting to fit together...
