when the elite feel they are being threatened whether it be by a dem or repub they axe them!!
This is so; however, when the less-than-elite feel threatened they axe too!
It has nothing to do with being elite, it's just human nature.
I just got axed tonight by some real losers, not elite at all. The blues are alive and well in Austin, Texas
And So Am I. |

So why is Rick Perry (Texas guv'nuh) being left unscathed by all of this?
Could someone tell me WHY rejecting federal stimulus money would be met with reprisal? Please. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 717673

You know, if these ding bats would keep their noses clean, the opposition wouldn't have anything to blackmail them on. But no...they just hand them their careers on a silver platter.
Stupid remark. A lot of the blackmail points are "set up." There is next to nothing that the blackmailee can do about it.
You mean to tell me that Sanford didn't disappear? It was all a set-up? Didn't you see him meandering through the airport all by himself -- nobody was escorting him. And all the crap on Palin for the past couple of years? That was a set-up, too? I personally can't stand Obama and his clan. But really now, you have to be a fool to believe these two GOP nuts were set up. They just got caught up in their own importance and tripped themselves up.
Sanford has done stupid things in the past. Palin is certainly stupid in some of her actions and reinactments.
Doesn't make any difference if the threats are honed in on the family. That's just another form of blackmail.

I dunno, guys...If you are important enough TPTB want to get rid of you and threaten your family, don't you think you are also powerful enough to get the ear of the media? If you aren't doing anything wrong, why back down? Personally, I would have bugged any of these conversations and turned the table (including my own personal hit squad if necessary). |

I'm still of the opinion that people are just too fixated on their own problems to give a crap about what even their local politicians are doing, much less the governor...
...then again, there were tons of little kids everywhere - and a lot of people are out of work in Alaska and elsewhere - you wonder if only these people had a CLUE about what's coming down the pike...but they'll argue with you to death defending their own, personal views...and that they're RIGHT and you're WRONG...and will not listen to any opposing view...
It's all just too weird. Alaska is beautiful, but the people are very, very strange. Like the governor. |

South Carolina Governor Appeals For Russian Help To Secede From United States
alaska could be reclaimed for bad debts says russia
Russian Foreign Ministry sources are reporting to President Medvedev today that the Governor of South Carolina, Mark Sanford [photo top left], arrived at Russia’s Ottawa Embassy seeking ‘immediate assistance and protection’ for his plan to succeed from the United States over what he states is the ‘planned annihilation of his country’ by a ‘criminal cabal’ headed by the current US President Barack Obama.
According to this bizarre report, Governor Sanford, who has been reported as “missing” for the past week after evading his security detail, pleaded with Ambassador Mamedov to have Russia become the first country to recognize the ‘New Nation’ of South Carolina upon its succession from the United States and promised in return that Russian Military Forces would have ‘total and immediate’ access to his States ports and airfields.
Russian legal authorities state in these reports that Governor Sanford’s statements under US law could be construed as treasonous, though they doubt that Obama would seek prosecution opting, instead, to ‘neutralize’ this threat as most US Presidents have done in the past, most notably Louisiana Governor Huey Long who was assassinated in 1935 after his threats to succeed from the United States during the Great Depression.
Reports from the United States about Governor Sanford state that he is firmly opposed to Obama and the socialization of his country, with some of these reports even speculating that Obama wants him dead, and as we can read:
“In a chilling story that seems more at home on a television police drama than in a conservative political blog, South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford has gone missing. The South Carolina Governor emerged as an early and outspoken opponent of President Barrack Hussein Obama’s stimulus funding and even refused to take federal money. The Republican Governor was last seen on Thursday when he was sighted in a South Carolina Law Enforcement Vehicle. His wife has no idea where he is.
There is no doubt that Sanford’s opposition to Obama’s stimulus plan made him a very powerful enemy with a powerful motivation to silence him.”
These reports further state that Governor Sanford was ‘extremely upset’ over the near assassination of former US President Jimmy Carter last week and stated to Ambassador Mamedov, “see…they can even kill a president and the Zionist media controlling everything wont’ even report it.”
Most interesting to note about South Carolina is that it became the first State to secede from the United States when it left the Union on December 20, 1860 after the election of President Abraham Lincoln and which started the Civil War that left over 1 million Americans dead and wounded in its worst ever conflict.
More curiously about South Carolina is its State flag [2nd photo left], which on January 28, 1861, became the National flag of the newly seceded Republic of South Carolina and is steeped in occult symbolism holding the ancient symbol of the Crescent Moon honoring the aging goddess and which to the Islamic faith means victory over death.
Most importantly, however, of these events now occurring in the United States is that they have been predicted by some of Russia’s most important diplomats, and as we can read as reported by the RIA Novosti News Service:
“A leading Russian political analyst has said the economic turmoil in the United States has confirmed his long-held view that the country is heading for collapse, and will divide into separate parts.
Professor Igor Panarin said in an interview with the respected daily Izvestia published on Monday: "The dollar is not secured by anything. The country's foreign debt has grown like an avalanche, even though in the early 1980s there was no debt. By 1998, when I first made my prediction, it had exceeded $2 trillion. Now it is more than 11 trillion. This is a pyramid that can only collapse."
The paper said Panarin's dire predictions for the U.S. economy, initially made at an international conference in Australia 10 years ago at a time when the economy appeared strong, have been given more credence by this year's events.
When asked when the U.S. economy would collapse, Panarin said: "It is already collapsing. Due to the financial crisis, three of the largest and oldest five banks on Wall Street have already ceased to exist, and two are barely surviving. Their losses are the biggest in history. Now what we will see is a change in the regulatory system on a global financial scale: America will no longer be the world's financial regulator."
When asked who would replace the U.S. in regulating world markets, he said: "Two countries could assume this role: China, with its vast reserves, and Russia, which could play the role of a regulator in Eurasia."
Asked why he expected the U.S. to break up into separate parts, he said: "A whole range of reasons. Firstly, the financial problems in the U.S. will get worse. Millions of citizens there have lost their savings. Prices and unemployment are on the rise. General Motors and Ford are on the verge of collapse, and this means that whole cities will be left without work. Governors are already insistently demanding money from the federal center. Dissatisfaction is growing, and at the moment it is only being held back by the elections and the hope that Obama can work miracles. But by spring, it will be clear that there are no miracles."
He also cited the "vulnerable political setup", "lack of unified national laws", and "divisions among the elite, which have become clear in these crisis conditions."
He predicted that the U.S. will break up into six parts - the Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong.
He even suggested that "we could claim Alaska - it was only granted on lease, after all." |
