Re: Michael Jackson's ghost inside his mansionQuote

Looks like Michael to me....walks with a slight hunch-over...same length of hair...same long/lanky body...

Yep, That's Michael. Probably safeguarding his house. Could be wanting to visit.

There is a clear shadow on the floor. Ghosts can't cast shadows...
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 631867

Reflection. Not shadow.

Re: Michael Jackson's ghost inside his mansionQuote

it's someones shadow.

where is the light source?

Good question too. In the longer video you see more of the hallway and it's not coming from that angle.

The shadow is being cast by the window behind the person
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 631867

Shadows cast by windows? So lol, ghosts can't cast shadows and glass can?

you cast a shadow in this thread, that's for sure.

Re: Michael Jackson's ghost inside his mansionQuote

I saw that video, and there were people just right outside that room in question, MJ's room. That room had alot of floor to ceiling windows and french doors. People were standing out there and that shadow is undoubtedly one of them walking and casting their shadow in this video.

Watch the entire house walkthrough whenever they enter that room and you'll see what I mean.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 716963

So if there are people present in the house then there can't be ghosts. That doesn't makes sense, that's your assumption.

And you can't tell the lay-out of the house by watching this vid, claiming you can is just shrugging this off.

And still This is not a shadow in a light reflection of a window. It moves through one. But isn't bound by it.

The reflection goes all the way down the hall near the camera. That would mean that there was a light source behind the camera (and there isn't).
If it was any different then this, and someone passed a window on the left or right side of the hall, then the hight of the shadow would not be constant. But move in perspective.
We see the apparition moves perpendicular to the camera in this vid.

I much rather it be MJ coming back as the Thriller though.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 716963

You think that's more realistic then him haunting his own favourite place, like so many other spirits?
why not?

Re: Michael Jackson's ghost inside his mansionQuote

It comes from the first door on the left (immediately next to the two windows) and crosses the hall. Look at the floor.

It's depth perception...

Altered coloring on the video shows a shadow that appears to be much farther away than the middle of the hall.

I too thought it was an apparition at first...

But now I'm pretty convinced after a little working with the contrast and such, that it's actually a shadow of someone in the room at the end of the hall.

I waaaaannnttt to believe that Michael is in a happy place, and can go where he wants to be now...if afterlife is true, then maybe he is visiting his home...

I have had a few paranormal experiences with angels in my life, which convinced me that there was something more...something we can't see...but it's there.

Sigh. Then it won't cast a shadow on the, how you call it, first doorstep.

Seriously. Use your eyes.

I would if i had doubt, or some one was able to give me doubt. But seriously, nobody did and i still have to hear a decent argument against this being a ghost.

It might look like a shadow. But that's because ghosts look like a shadow.

And all the argument about people in other rooms and walking past windows are easily dismissed.

Hell, he was paying 100k per month rent for the place! That kind of money surely entitles him to haunt it for a swhile - at least until his securty deposits are returned...

I was thinking the same thing since the house is lit up brightly for filming. There are shadows everywhere because of those bright lights. No ghost.
