We didn't do anything last year for the fourth...so this year I told my husband that I wanted to make up for it. He agreed and being the computer geek he is, he looked online to see what was going on. LOL btw...I'm Mrs. computer geek, but it's all his fault as he turned me into one! Before I met him I'd never heard of the internet, lol...anyway, I digress.
We're going to go to Oakland and tour an aircraft carrier. They're having a BBQ on deck and then a spectacular fire works display! Sounds like fun! The admission is only $20. We pay more than that to have a night out at the movies. I think it might be a neat and patriotic way to celebrate what the 4th. stands for, and I've always wanted to tour an aircraft carrier:)
