Sir Issac Newton believed the Earth was Flat.... <<<-- First Law of Motion makes it clear EARTH is FLAT -->>>
Quote

NEWTON: A body at rest stays at rest, and a body in motion stays in motion, unless it is acted on by an external force.

A body at rest cannot stay at rest according to RET.

Meaning: that a body "at rest" is constantly being acted upon by external force, gravity along with the planets rotation and orbit, thus is not "resting" but Sir Issac Newton was a devote Christian and a Gnostic at that, he read The Dialogue of the Savior.

FIRST LINE: Jesus; For whoever stands at rest will rest forever.
[link to www.gnosis.org]

ELEVENTH PARAGRAPH: He said to them, "That which supports the earth is that which supports the heaven. When a Word comes forth from the Greatness, it will come on what supports the heaven and the earth. For the earth does not move. Were it to move, it would fall. But it neither moves nor falls, in order that the First Word might not fail.
[link to www.gnosis.org]

For the earth does not move. Were it to move, it would fall.
For the earth does not move. Were it to move, it would fall.

The Earth is Flat, not only did Jesus say it, one the greatest English physicist, mathematician, astronomer, natural philosopher, alchemist, and theologian of all times believed it, because he declared for all who eye that can see and ears that can hear!

You are a fucking moron with no grasp on physics at all. Please shut up you are embarrassing yourself.

If forces are balanced (ie the force of gravity and the normal force) then the resultant force on the body is 0. It would then take an outside force to cause a change. So if you stand on the earth gravity pulls you toward the center, while the earth pushes back against you in an equal and opposite manner. Thus you are at rest and will stay that way until the forces become unbalanced.

so please just shut the fuck up.

You are standing absolutely on a still and resting Earth.

It is exactly like Jesus said: He said to them, "That which supports the earth is that which supports the heaven. When a Word comes forth from the Greatness, it will come on what supports the heaven and the earth. For the earth does not move. Were it to move, it would fall. But it neither moves nor falls, in order that the First Word might not fail.

What supports the heaven (probably meant sky because Jesus was aware there are more then 1) supports the Earth. This is Dark matter. The Earth rests on Dark matter (bottomless). Dark matter attracts, this is the force of attraction we call gravity.
