What supports the heaven (the sky) supports the Earth. This is Dark matter. The Earth rests on Dark matter (bottomless). Dark matter attracts, this is the force of attraction we call gravity.

How can you explain complete darkness on one side of the "pancake", or light, and all else would be opposite when we know that right now the sun is "rising" in the far east?

OK...this is out there and Newton himself even knew he could be wrong. We have sattelite confirming that the earth is round. OK. Google Earth shows. The moon is round. Now, there is so much more beyond what our puny brains can even consider.

Compass. The center of the flat earth is magnetized, its the Abyss. The needle of the compass points to the center and you travel round and round.

He will NEVER change his belief. If God himself came to earth and took this moran up in to space and showed him the round globe, he would call God a fawking liar.
The only thing that works on him is ignoring him.

No matter how big or small the ball is, its always curved, always, there are no flat surfaces on a ball, none...
Think of the olden days when hippies danced to a strange music with a ball full of little square flat mirrors glued to it and a light flashing against it for reflection effect. That's how the earth would have to be for all the flat areas we have. It makes no sense...
