1. Crop circles and farmers with planks theory: yes. Some were made as hoaxes by goofs with planks. They were even observed by journalists when they came clean. HOWEVER, not all crop circles are hoaxes. Scientists publishing in peer reviewed Journals have found residue. Look up Biophysicist William Levengood, he examined 250 soil samples in 7 countries and he and others found:

-stems that were flattened have grossly elongated nodes
-seeds later germinated in labs later have significantly different growth patterns as compared to comparison seeds
-brown glaze appears over the flattened stems resulting from intense bursts of radiation, iron which was embedded in the plants that was molten when embedded, iron also appears in the stems in same type (molten, iron becomes molten at 2700F which would destroy the plant...yet the plant had not been destroyed)
-increased crystallinity in flattened plants
-altered DNA in plant stems but NOT in the stems of the unflattened stalks
-they occur all over the world

OK, I answered my own question. How long does it take an earth-directed Coronal Mass Ejection to reach earth?
Coronal mass ejections expand away from the Sun at speeds as high as 2000 km per second. A coronal mass ejection can make the 93-million-mile journey to Earth in just three to four days. This implies an average speed of about one million miles per hour.
So the time range "seen" in the crop circles for between July 7 and 11 may be the CME emits on July 7 and then takes a few days to reach us.
(I put things in quotes because I am not totally convinced that a CME is the proper interpretation of the crop circle, nor that there are even comprehensible messages contained within them. This to me seems to be an object that impact and the impacted object release some kind of wave , could be the sun or who knows but the image suggest this.

Excellent comparative picture. However the large ball with the tail is coming from the opposite direction as the sun it seems since the "dove" shape is usually found on the sun-side of the earth. Regardless, it looks like whatever they are telling us is going to happen is going to cause havoc with our magnetosphere as you can see by the twisting braids within the magnetic fields, don't you think?
