if i have a circular magnet, one of those that looks like a quarter (same size) which side of it is north, and which is south, and how would i place it over my forehead for 'third-eye' activation?

You need a compass, AC... set the compass to the north position (red side of the needle pointing toward the 'N') now place one side of the magnet in front of the N. The side you want on your skin is the side that flips the needle to the opposite side (silver side) to the North. That is the north side of the magnet. You do not want the side on your skin that pulls the same side north (red).

First, find north. Look for the North Star (Polaris) if you have to.

Second, Put the magnet on its side and roll it softly. The side that turns toward north is the south side of the magnet.

What I want to know is how you hold a magnet over the pineal gland. Do you have any idea where the pineal gland is? Deep within the brain.

No, it basically lies in the middle of the brain. The thyroid is in the neck.

Even though I can't for the life of me understand how a magnet on the forehead can influence the pineal gland I'm game. TMS does show effects on the brain so who knows. A little DMT helps also. The question is, can you reverse the calcification of the pineal gland?

That just means you're damaging your ears and like to shut people out.

My first post on this thread, I have three of the round types pasted to my forehead, tape. Wife just walked in, smiled and told me I looked like a freak. But then, she perhaps already knew that.

I have already been through kudalini and am returning to a new growth spurt, so I will try this each day, increasing magnets. Be back after several days, cheers.

I think there is something to the magnetics and our body.

It could have something to do with the iron in our blood.

AS a child from 3 on, I slept with my head facing due north.

From 19 to 27 I slept with my head in different compass locations but never south. From 27 on I have slept with my head facing due west. (which means my left side has been exposed to the north pole for 20 some years.)

I see nothing special about my early years. Except I was a very sickly kid. I just had to look out the window and I would get sick. (Adnoids tonsils) But the one thing I notice now is my hair (what I have left) is thicker on the left side of my head and it divides right down the middle of my head. The right side hair is clearly less than the left.

Now the other weird thing is 99% of my ailments occur on the left side of my body.

Is the north pole magnetism pulling the iron in my blood to my left side causing weird stuff?

dear OP,

to open third eye it is not needed for years of meditation.
there is some awareness practices which opens it as early as one month or so. I suggest not to play with magnets if you don't know what you are doing. It may distort your magnetic field and that will be not so good effects on your physical body and mental body.

Hey guys, Very interesting thread ya have here.. I too am interested in the magnetic effects, and the activation of the pineal gland. I just wanted to chime in on the neodymium magnets you see on ebay.

These puppies are wikkid powerful. I scored 2 diferent sets of them for some experiments I am working on, and in the first 30 seconds of getting them in the pain I hurt myself bad, twice :) They are extremely powerful. I had 2 wikkid blood blisters within the first minute, I kid you not.

So personally, I would recommend a less powerful magnet than the neodymium, they are the most powerful magnets you can get.

I would hate to see someone rip their brain out of their ass... Or less comically, some heavy metals or other toxins ripped through the soft tissue area of yer brains...

good luck though, I too am curious if this will work and am seriously contemplating trying it. Maybe with a buffer between the magnet and my forehead to lessen the field strength.

that's very easy to answer you can identify the north pole of a magnet if you have a compass on hand. if the compass points to the north using the magnet, that's the north pole, if south to south pole.

Hi guys, If you guys are still around of course. :)
Some of these posts look rather old. Nevertheless, I am currently conducting this experiment. I am in day three at the moment and I would like to share my experiences as I go along.
I destroyed one of my fish tank cleaning brushes by sawing it up and took out two fairly strong magnets. Then I took some wire and made a silly and cheap ring to place at the top of my head.
No on day one I attached the magnets to the wire and balanced it in my 3rd eye region and I was good to go. It was almost instantaneous but I started to feel a magnetic pulling feeling there. After about 20minutes I took it off and continued with my day. Later in the afternoon I randomly starting feeling this magnetic feeling in that same region. It wasnt uncomfortable, just there! Also later that night I felt a pressure feeling on the right side of my brain.
Next day I started again but after 20minutes I went onto a magnetic healing website and they suggested a 4-6 hour stint.
This of course is not easy as one has daily obligations not to mention feeling tarty with magnets attached to your brow.
I decided to do it again in the late afternoon and did approx. 2 hours.
Later last night before bed it was like the magnetic feeling in my brow was increasing randomly, I also did some meditation in-between as it seemed to make sense to do so.
I fell asleep but had my TV on in the bedroom as I struggled to fall asleep.
This afternoon it was time to do it agin promising myself that I would do at least 3 hours, I meditated for approx 1 and a half hours with the magnets on. This of course felt like 20 min. But my experiences whilst I was lying there I simply have to share. As the random thoughts were passing through my conciousness, I remembered that post about the pineal gland being a star gate. Now this pressure feeling is starting to become more pleasant as I continue my experiment but I then felt a feeling, first on the right and then on the left. It's difficult to explain. It's like energy or water or electricity running from my third eye to my ear in a small stream or burst. It's actually very pleasant but seems to be totally out of my control.
If that post is true then I would image my stargate is getting ready to start up. As the events started exactly as I thought of that post. I will continue to post my experiences as I almsot have a feeling like I HAVE TO.
Ps: I was doing some brain breathing a couple of times in between as well. That is when you visualize your brain firing up on the left as you breath in and then on the left as you breath out. My persuit of this experiment is based on a need to activate more parts of my brain and start up my psychic abilities. I also firmly belive that if it is possible to further our abilities that it is essential we share it with each other.

Just curious... if you live in the Southern Hemisphere should you turn the magnet over and use its south pole end?
