I did not get anything from anyone.I came up with that b4 this thread Quoting: GLP- Psychic
I saw a report that it was a blue van a few days ago.
And the guy I know actually has several vehicles. When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.
Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!"

I would not report it. If it is him, I'm sure he has his reasons. Other than just being some wacko maniac who packs his ass with peanut butter before he fucks a chiken.
If I really got to the point that I thought it was him, I would probably approach him myself and try to find out what was going on.
As far as if it's possible it is him. If I didn't think that I wouldn't have said anything. But really, most people are capable of anything given the right circumstances. Remember that after the bombing in Atlanta during the Olympic Games, tips put the guy in the Carolina mountains and "they" sent up FBI, law enforcement, some supoor-dooper marine specialist "can-do, find'em" kind of guy. Nobody could come up with the guy. The funny part, most of the macho guys were scared of their shadows up in these mountains.
He was only found years later when someone reported him going through a dumpster.
It's much closer to Spartanburg, SC. I live close to that area.
What's strange is that it is a tiny area (Gaffney) with not a whole lot of roads. It would be easy to set up road blocks because the roads in that area are not plentiful.
If he were going back and forth it would be EASY to catch him. That's why I think he may be local.
But, maybe they did not have the manpower with only a few cops. Now probably more resources coming in to help. Quoting: tangelo |

Rudolph. He was caught by a rookie cop who more or less stumbled upon him rummaging through the dumpster. He had hid out in the mountain area near where my brother lives in eastern NC. Many places to hide there.
I hope this guy, who has now killed 5 people from old to young, is caught sooner than later.
For Jackinthebox, I truly hope for your own safety that he is not your guy.

The area in question is flatland.
However, since that's the way (your post) you see it....okay.
I am not here to argue with you about anything. Especially about an issue which I find to be more about dead people rather than proving a point.

Well, just asking because any Lumbee I've ever known had very black, very curly hair, and that is almost always in the description. And, if the guy is local to Gaffney and is Lumbee, which could very well be the case, then he would not look unusual, but they would describe him with black AND curly hair. |

I shouldn't have tied the mountain story to this, although Gaffney is in the foothills. The point is this, that locals in that area are not going to necessarily going to be caught by a roadblock which takes a lot of manpower and knowing the area. You can rely on gps if you like, but in rural areas, it is not accurate to the maps and if you don't know the area, you are not "blocking" anything. |

I have not read a description of the hair, and have only seen sketches drawn from descriptions. Jack, if your friend is Lumbee then you know what I am talking about. Even with a hat, unless it covered every single hair, the person(s) in that area would say something to the effect that he "looked like a Lumbee." These people are handsome and distinctive looking. You don't mistake them for being black Irish or Italian. |
