They tried and failed to get the money from my account since the account was empty. I have since made payments to them as well as having my tax return taken the last few years. They are required to send a letter to you beofre they can seize a bank account but when you receive the letter you are not able to withdraw the funds. Simple solution do not keep money in a bank.

For the most part, I see a lot of anti-government, or associated governmental issues being "protested" against. In this one, I'm quite confused as to the amount of "walk" these posters have.
