how much WATER do you drink?
I'm really bad when it comes to water consumption. I drink lotsa juices and way too much coca-cola.
that can lead to headaches. MANY headaches are felt because of dehydration. sodas and lots of juices actually dehydrate the body more than they hydrate it.
soda is LOADED with sodium, which is basically salt.
