Can anyone else make their whole body unbearably tingle at will?

Wow, I can't believe I actually found someone else that can do this. I've never mentioned it to anyone and just as you described perfectly, forget about it for extended periods at a time. I don't know what it is and why I can do it. I look forward to more information regarding the subject.

The emotional experience of music, is almost the same as the forced "tingle" that we are describing. It is also the same as being shocked or embarrassed and those feelings are intense but for a short period of time. Like I explained before with every breath I take out I can make it stronger even past the point as some sort of inspirational music or a shocking embarrassment. It also lasts a lot longer but it feels like it takes energy and I have to stop at some point to sort of recharge or regain focus.

I can I've been able to do it since I was little never thought aboutit but never new no one else could my kids got interested in the process and I don't know how I can start it or stop it at will just can I get the sensation in the back of my neck first the slowly down through arms body and legs never new it war unique to a few

It is movement of the assemblage point in your luminous egg.

As the point moves energy is released through the layers which are somewhat like the layers of an onion and vibration or something like friction on the energetic field reverberates throughout as it exits. What it boils down to is even though you may have left that part of your life behind ....You still have it..It means you still have some limited control over points in your luminous shell.

It happens to me at will and is a pleasant reminder that there is more under heaven and Earth than dreamt of Horatio....err...Gradient.

I have been able to do this, usually spontaniously when directing my thoughts and practicing some processes from abraham-hicks.
Great feeling until it intensifies and then the 'fear' associated with expectation of pain kicks in and the feeling subsides.
It becomes unbearable, kinda like the restless leg syndrome I suffer with atm. The inner shaking/sensation becomes almost painful, then I move my legs and the pain subsides.
Its like my body wont allow me to see what comes next so it backs off.

I will have to try to push through that sensation during the 'tingle' and see where it takes me. Hopefully towards a broader understanding and not pain lol.
Preparation is the key I think.

With me the feeling starts around my hips and works its way up. I have never gotten past my chest area before I back off.

Yes, i've been doing it since i was very young, and i too have to stop at certain point because my whole body gets numb and i don't breathe while doing it.
I've never met anyone else who was able to do it, never really discussed it a whole lot though.

i knew exactly what you were talkign about when i read the thread title, i can do it too..and it does kidna hurt and you worry that pushing it might not be a good idea.

Personally it is one of several inexplicable oddities about my humble self.

Can't wear watches mechanical or battery for more than a few days or they stop. Many never work again.(esp batt. pwrd. digital ones.)

I see auras quite clearly and color signifies emotional state.

when static is around(low humidity etc.) I can generate unusually POWERFUL zaps.

Empathic with animals. And people.


I can "know" when the phone is about to ring and who is calling even those I haven't spoken to in a long time.


Laying of hands is an energy transference between the maker you and the subject..a conduit.


For a test the next time you are sitting around with the dogs and one is near you generate the wave and send it down your arm to the dogs head...Note the results.


It never fails for me and the animal gives me a surprised but grateful look. Animals are still sensitive to faculties we ignore and allow to wither. GOD given faculties.

Cats are even more sensitive it seems. I just did 2 days ago to a cat that was purring and it instantly arched its back and then began "swarming"my feet. And looking and meowing for more.

Yes I can do it. It starts in my lower neck, at will, then radiates into my head and extremities but remains strongestin my neck. However I do not know what to do with it and have no idea how to apply it, if in fact it can be applied.

yes.. i can. all i have to do is think about a "certain someone" and i can make my entire body vibrate very quickly.

i can't do that all the time thought because it's hard to get anything done in that state.

get a lot of visual effects at will, personally.

One that I stumbled upon, amusingly enough, was when I was sitting on the toilet in a public restroom... Basically the floor was tiled, small 2 inch by 2 inch brown tiles with white grout seperating them all.

I would stare at a group of them, let's say.. 9, for example:

Concentrating on the centre square, some of the white grout would appear to.. disappear... I started doing this frequently, and I could literally start to perceive the uniformly tiled floor as one huge brown tile, the grout just "disappearing"...

Like that.. Not to mention some of the visual effects I get simply from staring, period. Mirror gazing comes to mind.. Everything I see except for my eye will begin to change colour, depth, pattern... I've found that I can literally "hallucinate" at will in a matter of about 30 seconds, and it constantly fluctuates.

Furthermore I have a persistent visual hallucination where in my peripheral vision, everything seems to pop forwards and backwards about twice a second.. Picture everything you're seeing in front of you as if on a flat screen TV an inch in front of your face, and it's being moved an inch closer, then jumping back to where it was, then moving an inch closer, repeatedly.. But just in certain areas of the peripherals.. I don't even notice it anymore, but it happens any time I'm moving. Walking, in a car, etc.

I guess what comes to mind is that I've had strange visual hallucinatory experiences like this for a long time, before I ever touched drugs or alcohol. Any time I'd get in a discussion with my dad (one of those "youre in trouble ones) and I'd sit there staring at him as he talked, if I stared long enough I'd notice his face appearing to change. Maybe he'd appear older, or a different race, or have an entirely different face altogether, or his hair would change, and so on..

And one more thing is that lately.. I've been noticing a strange new one... At times, I'll momentarily see sparks of very bright light somewhere in my field of vision... For a split second or two, suddenly a little point of light will appear somewhere and disappear immediately, just for a frame... Not sure what the meaning of that is either...

It's hard to explain... Anyone else have visual effects like this?

Hyper relaxation. After working to make yourself as heavy as possible, push just beyond it. Heart will race, can only hold it for a few seconds as it is uncomfortable. Headaches happen afterwards for me too sometimes.

It's like caving inward. Dismantling yourself at a DNA level.

As neer as I can tell. This sensation of feeling is an output of energy as it flows around your body. While unseen, some atribute this to being interlocked with you auora. This flow of energy is utilized in many different ways. Some use it as healing for onself and for others. This use of treatment it called "Reiki". Reiki is touch or energy healing. Usually transferable to people who are open to such notions. I focus the energy in the palm of my hand, wherin the palm becomes very warm to the touch. I have found it helpful to embrace the flow of energy around my body for relaxation and personal meditation. Human beings as creatures are run biomechanicly. The heart pumps blood throughout the circulatory system, but it also creats a small convective spark. This spark is your own personal energy. As blood flows throughout your body to veins, capalaries and tendrals of nerons. So too does this flow of energy. If this flow of energy is a constant you might have small reason to be concerned. Any number of ailments could be the culprit. If you are able to turn the flow off and on at your will in any manor of time you deem respectable. rest assured this is what works for you. There is no rubrik for the biomechanics of each and everyone of us. Everyone is different in their own way physicaly.

To the individual listed above who was able to do this through what seemingly was a show of love. In this life what you see and what you heer and what you do is up to you. What I mean by this is simply your reality is what you make of it. If you pushed a physical and mental manefest of your love, then you may have made progress breaking down that mental cohesive block where many will never succeed. If this was a shock I recommend revisiting the experience under quiet and controlled environments. Some have experienced what you descibed during religious rights of cermenony or communing with the spirit or speaking with loved ones past through means of the spirit. GRADIENT... Dude I know exactly what u mean!! And the roller coaster annalegy is sooo close!! I have been able to do this forever.. I totaly know what u mean.. and you dont even have to acctually do anything physically to activate it, its just a single concious thought to make it happen. It starts in my stomach and legs but i can control in and move it around or isolate it in one body part. its almost instant and lasts about 2 seconds unless i really concentrate and push on to hold it.. and if i do it i feel really strong for that second for example if i do it and focus it into my arms and core after the 2 or three seconds if i just suddenly lash out and punch somethimg i feel as if i could break anything.. like a quick build up of power and the BANG!! if im standing it will make my whole body tingle and shiver/slightly spazm and my legs a little wobbly for the duration of the sensation.. And NO u cant explain it or show it to anyone cause it would just look like you standing or sitting there still and then a slight shiver haha I often use it if i need a sudden boost of strength or power or to psych my self up for something:)

Yes, I'm very familiar with this capacity.

Pulsing at the coccygeal gland (feels similar to the pumping of ejaculation). Pressure inside head. The rollercoaster plunge gravitational feeling. Heart rate acceleration. Pupil dilation (do it in the mirror, it's for real). It's an excellent painkiller. Galvanic skin spike. And an overall euphoric sort of feeling kind of like sexual orgasm. Difficult to maintain for longer than ten seconds.

I know what you mean in my dreams it has allowed me to fly away from nightmares and travel to other planets in reality i can now send it to any part of my body i've been experimenting with it though like crying. It produces a large amount of the same energy i wonder if we could use that energy to say maybe replenish damaged tissues or changing the physics of our bodies instead of just leaking out of our faces.

This is EXACTLY what I can do too. I've been able to do it ever since I can remember and have never found an answer to it or met anyone else that can do the same thing. If you figure out what this is, please post it on here! I've been trying to find an answer for years

I have been able to do this since i was very young also, but only recently rediscovered it

I have been reading The Grand Design and when quantum physics was discussed, and I actually grasped it, those tingles occured. I still didnt remember the feeling or turning it on.

I had a dream that was like I was awake that night but still fully summerged in dreamworld in which I was in a class learning more about Quantum Physics when my teacher put me next to this other group of people and told me I had to talk to them.

I though about the tingles and almost immediately one of the other students the teacher had put me with asked me, "Do you get them too?" And those who knew kind of laughed like we had a great understanding of "something," but we also all though we were kinda crazy.

I woke from the dream with a super strong tingle feeling resonating throughout my body and I had to get up, even though it is 5am and I didnt go to sleep until 3am or maybe later.

I googled does quantum physics give you tingles and arrived here and read the entire thread and the tingles have not stopped yet and it has been about 2 hours.

I also feel like even though I have never spoke of it, There are people in my life who I think can do it, and I feel they think I can do it.

Really weird finding this. At night when i was a kid, or day but night was easier. I would focus my vision on a certain spot, the darker the easier it was, and i could make my vision completely black no matter what light was on around me.

I can do it now, but I dont because I dont see the point, although I feel it was easier back then.

i first learned how to do this before i would max on benchpres i would only do it to the point were my fingers would tingle. it gave me great power.

i never knew i could make my hole body tingle tell a few years ago. i did it to the point were i saw a white light in my head and heard a voice telling my to stop. the tingleing was very enjoyable but when it was over i got really cold and had to take a shower.

To answer the OP/topic, yes!

I actually stumbled upon it recently while learning how to do some deep breathing practices.

I usually stand up straight and relaxed, close my eyes, tilt my head back and I think I lock my spine. I take a deep breath that puffs out my chest(Not quite to the point of hurting) and hold it for 6 seconds and slowly exhale after that point!

I am over come by the full body tingles and weird 'inner heaviness' that subsides in a few seconds. Leaving me feeling a little giddy and happy, it's pretty cool to be able to do that sort of thing on command.

Also nice finding this thread been looking for any one else and other topics based on similar stuffness!
