Re: French newspaper reveals who murdered the driver of the white Fiat Uno involved in Princess Diana's death
witnesses said two people were riding on a motor bike ahead of her car, then a sudden blinding light like a strobe light or flash from camera for a pictiure taking did occur from the passanger on the motor bike. thay super blinding light could have caused her driver to suddenly lose control of the car . so it would have been deliberate murder to cause crash of the car after they had been chasing her ..lights went off in the tunnel when her car intered. ? just saying

The French authorites doubt whether Mr Levistre, the only eyewitness who speaks of a 'big white flash' in the tunnel, could have seen the detail he claimed while driving at speeds of up to 60mph.

Mr Levistre had given several different accounts of the incident, the court was told.

He had also served time in prison for possessing an illegal weapon and had been held in connection with an alleged plot to sell a child, the jury heard.

Frankly, I am not confident that this man is telling the truth. He could be lying, paid by French intelligence agents working with MI6 to present the scenario that some unknown paparazzo had caused the crash.

He claimed that he saw a small white car in the tunnel (no doubt the white Fiat Uno) but that it never touched Dodi's car. This is blatantly false because the French police found white paint on the side of this car that was proven to be identical in composition to that on Andanson's car.

No, I think he is totally untrustworthy as his testimony contradicted even what the police believed - that a white car had hit Dodi's car. No wonder they did not believe him, either!

And here's why we should not believe this guy:

He was asked by Mr Burnett why, despite being a witness to a serious car accident, he did not stop to offer assistance.

Mr Levistre said he was scared but Mr Burnett suggested that the real reason he did not wish to get involved was because he had 'been in trouble' with the French authorities before.

Mr Levistre admitted he had been jailed for two and a half years for possessing an 'illegal weapon'.

Mr Burnett continued: "Am I right you have [also] been in difficulties with the authorities in connection with offering a child to a German industrialist?"

This prompted an irritated Mr Levistre to explode: "Let's not talk about this, because I tell you that it is a total mistake."

Mr Levistre served a jail sentence for theft, burglary and fraud.

On his release in 1989 he was remanded in custody on suspicion of trying to sell a baby he had fathered with a woman 20 years his junior to a German couple for £5,000, according to French newspaper reports. He was later released without charge.

Last night, after hours of questioning, Mr Levistre refused to give any more evidence.

His wife, Roselyn, who has previously given evidence to police contradicting her husband, then refused to take the stand.

Trustworthy witness? I do not think so.

Why was Andanson's car set alight? To burn his body sufficiently that the two bullet holes in his skull would never be noticed by witnesses arriving on the scene. Unfortunately for the killer, French fireman Christopher Pelat arrived too soon and saw them.

Why was the car locked? To delay opening it, allowing the fires as much time as possible to burn Andanson's body enough to destroy any signs of two bullet holes in his skull.

Pelat's testimony was simply ignored at the Lord Justice Scott-Baker inquest. Actually, it proves conspiracy - the very conclusion the jury were DIRECTED by Lord Justice Scott-Baker not to consider because, supposedly, according to HIS opinion, of lack of evidence! Incredible!

Mystery of the 12 men in the shadows

Daily Express

By John Chapman

MYSTERIOUS "men in suits" were lurking in the tunnel where Princess Diana died in a car crash, a key witness has revealed. The witness claims he saw a dozen people standing in the shadows seconds before her tragic death in August 1997. Record producer Jacques Morel, 59, believes that the group, which included photographers, expected to see Diana’s Mercedes "brought to a halt by another car." He claims her death was a "stunt" which went disastrously wrong.[OP: that's nonsense]
Diana (pictured), boyfriend Dodi Al Fayed and driver Henri Paul died in the Paris tunnel when their car careered into a concrete pillar.
Morel, now living in Tunisia, says his evidence will prove vital and could provide the key to the most controversial investigation in history. He has told British detectives: "I remember exactly what happened on the night of the crash.
"I was driving home after a Chinese meal with my wife Moufida. As we entered the Alma tunnel I saw to my left a dozen shady figures on a tiny pavement by the side of the opposite carriageway. They were standing in a long line. The sight was unforgettable. The pavement is narrow and next to fast-moving traffic. It was certainly not a sensible place to stand around. A few seconds later there was an almighty bang and a flash of light. I realised there had been a crash. My first thought was that those inside the tunnel were connected with what had happened. This thought has never left me. A car coming from the opposite direction had gone straight into a pillar. All of the other drivers stopped, so I did too. There was a symphony of car horns then white smoke filled the tunnel. I rushed to the crash scene. My mobile would not work when I tried to call emergency services. I was devastated when I saw the Princess in her white trousers in the back of the car. She looked so serene and peaceful but it was the end. It was one of the most heartbreaking scenes of my life. I will never forget seeing her face. Others were lying around Diana. I saw the white Fiat Uno being driven away by someone I later learned was James Andanson, a well-known informer for the paparazzi and security services.

He committed suicide in mysterious circumstances three years later. His Uno has never been traced.

"The truth is out there".

The trouble is,
50% are too stupid to look for it.
49% are too stupid to recognise it even if they found it.
95% of the rest are too scared to report if if they ever found it.

Re: French newspaper reveals who murdered the driver of the white Fiat Uno involved in Princess Diana's death
Great info, OP.

I wonder what the actual sequence of events was?

Clearly, there's proof that two flash pictures were taken of Diana's car from the front just prior to the crash, presumably taken by the car or motor bike duo in front.

The horror on Henri's face is evident in these pics - he saw something ahead that was, to him unavoidable, and would cause a crash. How did the car behind manage to get out of the way in time?

I guess the answer to that is it almost didn't, being Andanson's white fiat, whose task was to harass Diana's car to high speed so that Henri could be forced into an 'accident'.

As for the 12 men in waiting ....?

Indeed. That's how the paint from Andanson's damaged car got onto Dodi's car. No wonder he resprayed it in a different color soon after and then sold it. He must have been very reluctant to sell it because the head of Fiat had promised him a new car if he ever managed to get 500,000 miles on the clock.

I think the men were part of the black op, waiting to stop the traffic and to prevent people interfering with the scene of the crime.

Someone needs to take a close up look at the reflection in Henri Paul's glasses. There lies your truth
