Why was Andanson's car set alight? To burn his body sufficiently that the two bullet holes in his skull would never be noticed by witnesses arriving on the scene. Unfortunately for the killer, French fireman Christopher Pelat arrived too soon and saw them.

Why was the car locked? To delay opening it, allowing the fires as much time as possible to burn Andanson's body enough to destroy any signs of two bullet holes in his skull.

Pelat's testimony was simply ignored at the Lord Justice Scott-Baker inquest. Actually, it proves conspiracy - the very conclusion the jury were DIRECTED by Lord Justice Scott-Baker not to consider because, supposedly, according to HIS opinion, of lack of evidence! Incredible!
