In a way I find that I do not entirely disagree with you. I have not fathered any children as of yet. You see you and I would call it fathering and not simply getting a women pregnant, they are two different things to be sure.

If the Gov is so concerned why did they not put more into public education regarding reproductive responsibility? In the 'book' they wrote, there are sections that talk about what could or should be done if population growth got to the point of threatening ALL OF SOCIETY. The recommendations were extreme and very much in the realm of theory - since it was, once again, based on the premise of what to do if over-population became a threat to our entire society.
