ALL LEVELS of government in the United States of America have went rogue and NOW IGNORE the very Chains-of-Restraint laid upon government through the instrument of The United States Constitution (U.S.C.). THE U.S.C. AND YOUR MILITARY-MIGHT ARE WHAT NOW STANDS BETWEEN THE AMERICAN CITIZEN AND THE COMPLETE DESTRUCTION OF OUR NATION AND ETERNAL TYRANNY ON A GLOBAL-SCALE.
The United States of America IS DEAD in functionality. A "WRONGFUL ORDER" IS ANYTHING that subverts, curtails or tries to void RIGHTFUL orders, The U.S.C., and / or The BILL-of-RIGHTS.
* IMMEDIATE ARRESTS SHOULD BE DONE UNDER A DECLARED LIMITED MARTIAL LAW TO BE DECLARED FOR THE DEFENSE OF AMERICAN CITIZENS WHOM YOU SERVE IN DEFENSE OF OUR NATION ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION (of which you have sworn oath to defend) and the 9 to 0 Supreme Court decision of MARBURY vs. MADISON (made within 20 years of becoming a nation)- WHICH DECLARED (paraphrasing): ALL UN-Constitutional edicts, decrees, colour-of-law statutes, codes, etc .,.and ANYTHING that is counter to The U.S.C. and The Bill-of-Rights IS VOID. ALL OF THESE DRASTIC PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES being deemed necessary during these restoration operations and transitions back to a return of The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to it's constitutional resolve and functioning properly towards a "more perfect union" by the proper restraints on government. IMMEDIATELY VOIDING: of ALL NON-VIOLENT DRUG OFFENDER SENTENCES AND FURTHER SENTENCING AND CHARGES ACCOMPANIED WITH THE SUBSEQUENT RELEASE FROM ANY JAIL OR PRISON/CORRECTIONAL FACILITY/PROGRAM in the United States of America OF ANY and ALL SUCH PRISONERS, of ALL FOREIGN-AID MONIES to being sent out in ANY form TO ANY nation, of ALL prisoners either sentenced or being held if suspected of being tortured while incarcerated, of ALL OFFICIAL ALLY-SHIP TREATIES including N.A.T.O. YOU SHOULD ALSO BE ANNOUNCING:
* That ALL transitional measures and ALL Military "News Releases and Results" WILL BE REPORTED AS SENT FORTH IN ALL TRANSPARENCY and in real-time by the media outlets throughout the United States of America OR ALL assets of un-cooperative agencies, networks or outlets and their owners shall be charged with SUBVERSION and ALL related assets SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY SEIZED for the U.S. Treasury to resale at a later date to American Citizens and proceeds will be collectively kept in the U.S.Treasury.

The uber-establishment Council on Foreign Relations said Wednesday it favors granting legal status to many of the roughly 12 million illegal immigrants in the U.S., creating a guest worker program for low-skilled foreign workers to come and work in the U.S and opposes local police getting to conduct immigration raids.
The CFR issued an immigration policy report Wednesday that looks to lift caps on foreign university students in the U.S. and allow skilled foreign graduates to get more work visas. The international policy group also wants to create legal paths to citizenship for the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants already in the U.S.
The CFR also said local police should not take lead roles in immigration enforcements and workplace raids. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas have been conducting immigration raids and prosecutions against businesses hiring illegal immigrants, as well as drop-houses used by smugglers trafficking illegal immigrants into Arizona from Mexico.
The CFR report does not specifically mention Arpaio but the Valley’s sheriff is the most notable local enforcer of immigration laws in the U.S.
The CFR’s recommendations on guest workers and amnesty mirror plans to be pushed in Congress this year by President Barack Obama. Arizona State university professor Raul H. Yzaguirre and former Florida governor Jeb Bush served on the CFR task force that wrote the recommendations.
The group also wants the U.S. to tweek or ease some post 9/11 security measures that have discouraged immigration and foreign tourism into the U.S. and want the U.S. government to develop new technologies to secure border areas, verify workers’ employment status and enforce immigration laws.
The New York-based CFR is a heavyweight international policy group whose members includes powerful politicians, CEOs and university presidents as well as multinational corporations, media firms and private equity firms.
The Council’s corporate members include Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Chevron, ExxonMobil Corp., Rothschild North America Inc., News Corp., General Electric, KBR Inc., Lockheed Martin, Raytheon Co., Soros Fund Management and Google Inc.
U.S. Sen. John McCain, former Arizona governor Bruce Babbitt, U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, Arizona State University President Michael Crow and Thunderbird School of Global Management president Angel Cabrera are Arizonans that are CFR members.
Other notable CFR members include:
• Former U.S. Secretaries of State Henry Kissinger, Colin Powell, James Baker and Madeline Albright.
• Former U.S. Treasury secretaries Henry Paulson and Robert Rubin.

One of the actions is the arrest of everyone who has voted for what I can only assume is anything you deem unamerican, or in favor of globalization, in the last 50 years or so. However, passing an ex post facto law is specifically prohibited by U.S.C, article 1, section 9. The redeployment of troops inside the US would exceed the capacity of military superstructure to house them all, requiring they be quartered somewhere. will you violate the bill of rights to do that? |
