Several points could lead to this theory

1 ) the museum of old things will be moved to higher grounds around that date

2) A colossus have been moved to higher grounds lately

3) The important management is moving to higher ground

4) a universal center for education was moved to higher grounds

5) some cousins Idol1

visited the secret blueprint room of the construction a year ago .

Well it is just a theory .......
