learn to suck cock for money because when you cant afford to pay the high utility bills then youl need an extra income. and be prepeared to get sick form the city water. you will also need to get familiar with traffic, pollution, crime, drugs, late-night car and boom box noises, gunshots, barking dogs, and neighbors fighting drunk till all hours of the morning.

are u moving to a bottom-floor apartment by chance?

Hmmmm maybe I don't know the word for the area we're moving to?? LOL! Ok, moving to the Sierra Foothills in CA...currently living in the lower foothills, much more rural and country like...the area we're moving to, is a relatively newer town that was built back in the 1950's with a population of approx sixteen thousand and it sits above the fog line and below the snow line...the home is brand new and sits on a newly built neighborhood. The houses are close together, but not so close that they look the same as track housing. We're moving into a two story single family 3 bed. 2 1/2 bath. We're moving from an older ranch style home built around the same time this town was built. Our current home in on a 3rd of an acre, with much more privacy compared to this well manicured and possibly CC&R neighborhood.

We're actually looking forward to cheaper utilities, given the age and draftiness of our current home. Our understanding is that the newer homes are more energy efficient? Hope so! Where we're moving to there are plenty of strip mall type shopping areas and lots of city services and modern conveniences...hope that helps some.
