Seriously, they are loud (carry on loud)because of the loud hip hop bass and treble damage to their little ears. First it was the Boom Boxes and Ghetto Blasters. Now it's ipods and mega bass car stereos exceeding 150db.

They are so fucking deaf, no wonder they (not all) appear stupid!
