But four Wall St banks thumbing their noses at A rated Arnold who represents the world's eight largest economy?
And it would actually be 5th if the uh, off-balance sheet underground income  were factored in.

time for california to secede and cast off the fed. bet it would take about 5 years before it was the richest state in the nation. it would be like germany was in the late 30's after they cast out their central bank and started their own currency, which caused the jewish banking cartel to decide to destroy their economy. |

It is all about control. Which banks will not take the toxic debt? Which ones will be forced to take them? Which banks will take them because they are desperate for business?

All that fine print on all bank legal forms (basic contract law)? Well it says if you sign one of these California IOUs and cash it then California can't pay. You are responsible for that money. |

I am curious if anyone has a run-down of what happens next. Do government run programs and projects shut down? Lots of people will continue to work and keep a certain amount of money flowing - but will road projects stop and roads begin to deteriorate? Do city street lights stop going on at night? Do state run facilities shut down? Does maintenance of things like the Golden Gate Bridge stop (or is that a federal issue)? Are state parks shut down? What is the reality of this situation? Or perhaps no one really knows for sure. Will the federal government try to step in? Is this where martial law could begin? I may not be reading enough posts - perhaps all of this has been described already. |

CA is home to every diverse group you can think of except patriots. You have to wade through a field of fags before reaching someone who actually gives a shit about our country, the bill of rights or the Constitution.
