The "chemtrails" effect was known before WWII even if it was - mistakenly of course!!! - named contrail effect.

perhaps quick "mass extermination" is not the goal....they use chemtrails as an interface to conduct their targeted electro magnetic assaults as well as using it for causing earth quakes around the globe....
maybe they don't need South America to cause earth quakes...maybe just the northern hemisphere is targeted for slow but sure depopulation by making the place uninhabitable....

I lived in Guatemala in the late eighties and CHEMTRAILS were EVERYWHERE tuning the skies into reddish, oily glazes and copperish , rectangular Sundogs were always present on those days between 5-8/9pm

I used to live in Virginia and I remember looking at the chemtrails when I was a kid. I didn't know exactly what they were, but I can remember seeing those streaks in the sky.

There is no obvious aerosol program, there is water vapor being deposited as a byproduct of hydrocarbon combustion. It's OBVIOUS that chemtards don't understand some VERY basic and simple science. I'm not surprised.

The trails aren't in some areas because the air is too dry or too warm.

The air must be saturated and very cold for contrails to persist...you stupid fuck!
