The bill would provide 700 million dollars for the "Restore Our American Mustangs Act" for a horse census every two years and "enhanced contraception" or birth control for horses. Mr. Gohmert's calling the bill wasteful and says Washington has it priorities backwards. Supporters of the bill say it helps to save tax dollars by keeping mustangs on the range and using innovative and humane management tools. Geez...next it'll be a billion for cow condoms.....
