I am a physician and I had a lady call out of the blue last week and ask me something similar! If it shouldn't be there a surgeon would cut it out! Ask to have it back. Tell them you fell on something and it got lodged there and is hurting you! Ask for an X-ray first and if it shows anything ask for a copy of the CD with report! You can go from there!

i would but mine is much deeper though, its actually IN the muscle.
studfinder found it after i kept complaining about the pain.
woke up with a tiny red hole and pain in my left arm right where they give shots on the outer lower shoulder muscle.years later this fucker STILL hurts.
i even went to the doc to get xrays of the area...they wouldnt show them to me, only said there was nothing to be found.
i absolutely DO NOT believe them.
so im stuck with this thing...but YOU OP are not.
its right under the surface!
do it and take pictures/video so we can see what comes out.
