This is the most misconstrued list ever. Milwaukee isn't poor, neither is Miami. EVery city has an impoverished side. But needless to say all the Ivy league states are Blue, the best colleges are liberal. Not even North Carolina wants to be Republican anymore, because you are generally a very retarded breed. All the cities you listed are far from the poorest. Mississippi and Alabama, Arkansas are the shittiest states imaginable, staunch republican, and bottom of every list imaginable.
