Why is GLP right-leaning?

People who believe in conspiracies have a natural distrust.
So, of course they would not like an 'evil entity' dictating the terms of life to them.

I see a mix of views here.

fascist is not right leaning.

most here support terrorism and are anti government and anti freedom.

Any belief taken to that kind of extreme is dangerous, IMO.

Seems to me that the scales started tipping when all the racist rants began. I think a lot of the libs bailed when that started up. I'm an independent that leans to the left on social issues, and to the right on fiscal policy : )

I want to ask a serious question. Why is it that most here are conservatives? There are plenty of liberal doom-mongers like myself, surely. So why aren't there nearly as many here? It's all anti-government right-wingers it seems like.

I'm not complaining, I'm just seriously wondering how this came to be.

if you notice it leaning one way or the other it's just a refection of societies viewpoint as a whole

if you don't believe me then go back through the old months on GLP and look at the way it was leaning during different periods in time

it's all there to see in black and white

it might make you uncomfortable to see what's on peoples minds right now because you're on the other side

but when they were agreeing with you there was no problem

Well put...when the elections were going on? We were a bastion of left wing Liberals....we heard that determination more than once. Well the country went left, so there again, GLP was a barometer of the majority consensus of the general public.
