Below is the transcript of the explanation of House Bill 8791, as it was read to those about to vote, for or against this piece of legislation, in the US House of Representatives ­ this "Bill" overwhelmingly passed the House.

"Congress shall now vote for approval of HR 8791, The Homeland Terrorism Preparedness Bill as said bill requests Emergency Response Funding up to and including ­ I'm sorry this section is classified ­ dollars to prepare for a national level terrorist attack and or an attack from CLASSIFIED. Funding for first responder personnel and vehicles would be doubled if said attack leads to 80% of national population, being affected by CLASSIFIED. This funding shall commence with the first attack on CLASSIFIED or the first large-scale outbreak of CLASSIFIED, dependent upon which comes first. Civilian and military units shall be trained in containment and combat of CLASSIFIED ­ including irradiated ­ CLASSIFIED with the possibility of CLASSIFIED ­ airborne ­ CLASSIFIED ­ flesh-eating ­ CLASSIFIED, and or all of the above in such event as CLASSIFIED ­ spewing CLASSIFIED ­ or released or otherwise becomes uncontrollable.

Air Force units may also be directed to combat said CLASSIFIED due to their enormous size and other-worldly strengths. Should event occur in urban areas. . . Jesus . . .that's, that's CLASSIFIED ­ far surpassing our darkest nightmares. Should casualties exceed CLASSIFIED body disposal actions shall be halted and associated resources shall be reallocated to CLASSIFIED ­ underground ­ CLASSIFIED protected birthing centers. A new Bill of Rights shall be drafted and approved by ­ CLASSIFIED.

Having now reviewed the Bill I ask you to please cast your vote." Broadcast on CSPAN. (1)

The point of having a House of Representatives was to include the voice of the public in whatever laws are passed by congress: but this Bill is and was designed not to be lawful under the Constitution, it is lawful ONLY under the dictatorship which has outlawed the Constitution and supplanted that document with their own interpretation of the term "law." Consequently when the public listens to the fraud that is pretending to be president say that certain matters are to be decided by "law-enforcement," the public must ask: "Who's 'LAW' are we talking about ­ the constitutional laws or the ones that Cheney-Bush made up and that he, Obama, is now attempting to legitimize?

For the last nine years this nation has lost every battle and failed every test of leadership; that has arisen. Yet the people that created these huge failures on every level, and at every crossroads, are still running this disaster which they continue to call a nation. In private life when you hire someone to do a job and they fail to perform that task, they are fired-not promoted; and in no instance would anyone in that position be eligible for "a bonus." In private life, they might in fact be eligible for jail terms if the size of the fraud is large enough: but in government now: No lie is too big, no fraud too great, no treason is ever too damaging, to resist the opportunity to profit from the failures of this nation, that have become too monstrous to even adequately describe.

If the first example is not sufficient to convince you that government is far more interested in illicit profits, than it is in the welfare of the public, then take a look at the impending Pandemic that has been globally announced, even though there has not yet been a single case. The government is planning to make the vaccinations "against" this PANDEMIC mandatory, in case you were wondering.

"The criminal timeline begins in 1997, when Dr. Jeffrey Taubenberger assembled a team of geneticists and microbiologists to analyze the genome structure, and then to REPRODUCE (i.e. reverse engineer) what is arguably one of the most deadly viral structures the world has ever been cursed with the 1918 killer flu virus. According to numerous published stories and reports, Taubenberger and his team utilized super-computers to map the complex RNA and DNA structures of the killer virus, then utilized human plasmids to successfully re-create the 1918 killer. Taubenberger completed his work in early 2005, then immediately left the employ of the U.S. Army at Ft. Detrick to take a much more lucrative position with the National Institutes of Health." (2)

So if the financial meltdown (due in late September) doesn't destroy you and those you love (3) or if you somehow manage to escape death during the Pandemic, then you will still have the opportunity to live under the dictatorship of the fraud that is currently occupying the White House ­ illegally! Every area of this society has come under a legislative Blitzkrieg of illegal legislation that is trying to drown this nation in regulations and tyrannies by the hundreds in a civil-rights quagmire that is being overseen by thugs in uniform where there is no recourse to their out-of-control behavior across the nation.
"A Boise, Idaho, police officer who pushed a Taser inside a man's buttocks and threatened to "Taser his balls" violated use-of-force policy, but didn't break the law, an ombudsman has found.
The man in question, whose identity is being withheld, plans to sue the Boise police.

On February 14 of this year, the "complainant," as he is called in police reports, physically blocked the door to his residence when police arrived to investigate a domestic disturbance. Believing the police officers, who he claims did not identify themselves, to be a person coming to "beat him up," he refused to allow them entry.

When officers forced their way in, "three officers rushed in and within nine seconds, had the man face down on the floor and had deployed the Taser against the small of his back. Only after the first [tasing] did they order his hands behind his back," reports the Boise Weekly." (5)

Veterans Commit Murder at Home After Return from Iraq

"More information has come to light about an Army unit based at Fort Carson in Colorado that has seen ten of its infantrymen jailed on murder, attempted murder or manslaughter charges since returning from Iraq. A new report in the Gazette newspaper of Colorado Springs reports many of the soldiers had great trouble adjusting to civilian life after what they had seen and done in Iraq. The unit, the 4th Infantry Division's 4th Brigade Combat Team, fought in some of the bloodiest places in Iraq. Since returning to the United States, soldiers from the brigade have been involved in brawls, beatings, rapes, drunk driving, drug deals, domestic violence, shootings, stabbings, kidnapping and suicides. One of the soldiers, Kenneth Eastridge, is now serving ten years for accessory to murder. Eastridge told the paper, "The Army pounds it into your head until it is instinct: Kill everybody, kill everybody. And you do. Then they just think you can just come home and turn it off." Several soldiers said unit discipline deteriorated in Iraq before they returned home. Iraqi taxi drivers got shot for no reason. Soldiers dropped men off bridges after interrogations. Tanks drove over Iraqi cars for no reason. Another soldier, Daniel Freeman, said, "Toward the end, we were so mad and tired and frustrated. You came too close, we lit you up."

In the meantime congress is thoughtfully providing some of those services that Americans no longer receive to illegal's, while denying them to us.

"The Heller Amendment-which would have removed from ObamaCare those who have entered and are living in the USA illegally-has been defeated 26-15 (along straight Party lines) by the Democrat controlled House Ways and Means Committee. So, along with all of their other "break-the-bank-and-everything-else" programs, our Usurper and Dictator in Chief Obama and his Democrat minions are demanding that we US citizens pay for illegals. Note: Another interesting datum included in the Socio-fascist ObamaCare package is that US citizens wanting to keep their current health insurance will be fined approximately $2,500/year. But, Obama's illegals will NOT be penalized a penny.

Other atrocities associated with ObamaCare are rationing of medical services and a push towards "no-more-health-care-for-you" euthanasia (deceptively referred to as "Advance Care Planning") for those Obama considers elderly. End of life counseling-every five years until they finally die due to lack of provided health services-for said elderly (ostensibly once one is in his or her 60s) will also be mandatory. Note: One wonders if said euthanasia will also soon extend to his growing political "enemies" list.
And to ensure against discrimination, the beginnings of life are also covered under ObamaLifeSnuffOut. We will be forced to pay for abortions under ObamaCare.
