ok first off i wanna tell you repo men have bills to pay an families to support also,,it's just a job to them..nothing personal,,ok first off i am a repo man an have been for many yrs,and now it's not report,,it's collateral recovery agents,ok first off if you owe money on any vehicle or equipment it's not your's an you don't own it,your making payments own it to some day own it then not now,,so who ever name appears on title as lien holder is the legal owner of said vehicle, an also yes you can go to jail and or prison for with holding ,hiding or refusing to relinquish said vehicle since your or not the owner it's conciderd theft,,it's simple just dont buy a 30,000 car on a mcdonalds salary,you know you cant afford it,,put it this way so you can understand it,,,you sell your best friend or relative your vehicle for 100,00 a week an they pay for a few weeks then stop paying you,how long are you gonna let them keep an drive your car an there not paying you,,not long i assume so now you tell them give me the money or i want my car back right..well hello, there you go,we can enter any place of residences or business or property to retrieve an take into custody anything used for collateral.if you read your fine print on your contract it tells you that an you signed a leagal document saying ok and u understand an agree to it,,secure apt's security guards or gates will not stop us from getting it we have the right legally to get it.most of us try to be adult an cival about it but trust me dont take kindness for weakness,,you'll get hurt if you try an hurt us an then you'll go to jail for sure,we are state licensed and bonded an insured so yes we do know the laws,please dont listen to one of your so called know it all friends telling you dont worry about it they cant do anything to u,,also just so u know,,if u owe say 10,000 on car and it gets repo'd an sold at auction for 3,000 the lien holder gonna sue an garnish your wages for the difference owed on it,so if u want to tear it up burn or wreck it take parts off it your just hurting ur self,,,,,,,
