Thanks for your good attitude towards this.

People say that interpreting the book of revelations is difficult, if not impossible. However, there are keys which help you interpret them, and these keys will assure you that your interpretation is correct.

One key is the consistent use of numbers.

When the theme of the antichrist/s is discussed in the book of revelations, the number 3 always surfaces, i.e., The dragon (or the man possessed by Satan), the Wild Beast (often referred to as the antichrist), and the False Prophet (Rev. 13). This tells us that the antichrist or the wild beast is in the company of three, not 4 (like the 4 horsemen):

Rev. 16: 13 Then I saw three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.

These 3 evil spirits are of course Satan, Gog, and Magog, the 3 most powerful demons who possessed the dragon, the beast and the false prophet.

Rev. 20:7 When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth--Gog and Magog--to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore.

This is how I know the that rider of the white horse is NOT the antichrist, because he is in the company of 4 and not 3.

To illustrate further the use of numbers as a key to interpreting the book of revelations:

Who are the 24 elders seen by apostle John?

The answer is, these are the 12 apostles of Christ and the 12 sons of Israel, as these are the 24 names inscribed in the New Jerusalem:

Rev. 21:12 It had a great, high wall with twelve gates, and with twelve angels at the gates. On the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. 13 There were three gates on the east, three on the north, three on the south and three on the west. 14 The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb

And since the book of Revelations is consistent with its use of numbers as a key for interpreting it, I know that the 4 horsemen = 4 living creatures = 4 angels.
