The process is described by Nickolas Moller in book "Irving Langmuir and atomic Hydrogen". Therefore there i a highh probability that the process claimed by BLP is real and true. Irving Langmuir was the chief scientist at General Electric in the first half of 1900. He recieved the Nobel Prize in 1932.
