I know someone that has installed a H2O unit on his car, he has achieved a 20% increase in MPG. If you read the theory, it shouldn't work, the extra power required to run the H2O unit should be more than the power released in the splitting of the H from the H2O. But it does work........perhaps making the petroleum mix more efficient in its burn? I don't know, but it DOES appear to work, which is all that should matter.
