That is one of the high altitude blimps used to watch the populace. i thought you´d say that. op one of the best ufos at plane videos out there is this one i found,i have been trying to debunk this one and i can not debunk it. [ link to www.youtube.com] Was that filmed off a TV or monitor screen? plane said to have been flying over an airshow when someone let go of their aluminum baloon. (you know the shiny ones) LOL
