Yes, this tv broadcast was shown live on tv, specific channels like christian satellite newtorks and live feed through churches. It was revelation/endtime type seminar that took place in 1999 but the name of the seminar was pentecost 2000..u can see it in small letters on the vid.

I don't know too much about the 7th day adventists, but these past couple of days I have been watching a series of videos which I believe are presented by one.

The prophecy of building taller and taller buildings and then some of them coming down from fire is an easy one. Ellen White saw that the height of buildings at her time constantly increased, and so it was not difficult to predict that some of the buildings will come down.

The pastor takes this prophecy and changes it: instead of buildings, he speaks about the Twin Towers. Why did he do that? well, it was common knowledge that bringing down the Twin Towers would be the worst blow to the US. The Twin Towers were symbols of the capitalism of the US. Not only there was a rap group that produced an album with a cover that shows an eerie similarity with the events of 9/11/ (google 'rap album the coup 9/11'), but there also was an episode of the series 'the lone gunman' that showed terrorists wanting to drive planes onto the towers.

In short, it was common knowledge in certain circles that the no 1 target in NY was the Twin Towers.

ill take a look for you. i just downloaded this program from a torrent site that contains all her writings which is quite extensive. it allows to do searches and stuff. ive been able to find a lot of stuff concerning the economy but ill check about virus and such

ok, so i didnt find anything specific like dates but she mentions very frequently that the diseases will rise because of the diets of people in the future. she writes tons and tons of info on prevention of diseases and reasons we get sick. she says how eating too much, eating at irregular hours, not getting fresh air/sun, eating to much meat, mixing milk with sugar, and eating sugary foods will cause great health problems in the future. she says its best to eat 2 meals a day not 3. basically eat a big breakfast, medium size lunch and a very small diner. states a lot the importance of being in the open air and sun. some of these things are common sense but remember they were not a problem back in the late 1800's but she said they would be in the future. also remember she wrote this when people were still growing there own food, eating meals correctly and spend a lot of time outdoors not indoors watching tv.
i did find something interesting that she wrote about swine/pigs:

Pork, although one of the most common articles of diet, is one of the most injurious. God did not prohibit the Hebrews from eating swine's flesh merely to show His authority, but because it was not a proper article of food for man. It would fill the system with scrofula, and especially in that warm climate produced leprosy, and disease of various kinds. Its influence upon the system in that climate was far more injurious than in a colder climate. But God never designed the swine to be eaten under any circumstances. The heathen used pork as an article of food, and American people have used pork freely as an important article of diet. Swine's flesh would not be palatable to the taste in its natural state. It is made agreeable to the appetite by highly seasoning, which makes a very bad thing worse. Swine's flesh, above all other flesh-meats, produces a bad state of the blood. Those who eat freely of pork can but be diseased. Those who have much outdoor exercise do not realize the bad effects of pork eating as those do whose life is mostly indoors, and whose habits are sedentary, and whose labor is mental. {TSDF 172.7}
But it is not the physical health alone which is injured by pork-eating. The mind is affected, and the finer sensibilities are blunted by the use of this gross article of food {TSDF 172.8}

In order to preserve health, temperance in all things is necessary. Temperance in labor, temperance in eating and drinking. Because of intemperance a great amount of misery has been brought upon the human family. The eating of pork has produced scrofula, leprosy and cancerous humors. Pork-eating is still causing the most intense suffering to the human race. Depraved appetites crave those things which are the most injurious to health. The curse, which has rested heavily upon the earth, and has been felt by the whole race of mankind, has also been felt by the animals. The beasts have degenerated in size and length of years. They have been made to suffer more than they otherwise would by the wrong habits of man. {TSDF 173.1}
There are but a few animals that are free from disease. They have been made to suffer greatly for the want of light, pure air, and wholesome food. When they are fattened, they are confined in close stables, and are not permitted to exercise, and to have free circulation of air. Many poor animals are left to breathe the poison of filth which is left in barns and stables. Their lungs will not long remain healthy while inhaling such impurities. Disease is conveyed to the liver, and the entire system of the animal is diseased. They are killed, and prepared for the market, and people eat freely of this poisonous animal food. Much disease is caused in this manner. But people can not be made to believe that it is the meat they have eaten, which has poisoned their blood, and caused their sufferings. {TSDF 173.2}
Many die of disease caused wholly by meat-eating, yet the world does not seem to be the wiser. Animals are frequently killed that have been driven quite a distance for the slaughter. Their blood has become heated. They are full of flesh, and have been deprived of healthy exercise, and when they have to travel far, they become surfeited, and exhausted, and in that condition are killed for market. Their blood is highly inflamed, and those who eat of their meat, eat poison. Some are not immediately affected, while others are attacked with severe pain, and die from fever, cholera, or some unknown disease. Very many animals are sold for the city market known to be diseased by those who have sold them, and those who buy them are not always ignorant of the matter. Especially in larger cities this is practiced to a great extent, and meat-eaters know not that they are eating diseased animals. {TSDF 173.3}




Here's a video that CNN did on longevity and focused on adventist because they are a group of people that live the longest in usa and have much less occurrence of cancer. seems the nutritional advice that was given from the bible and by ellen white is making them live longer and stay healthier.

She's NOT saying her vision will happen in Loma Linda, she's saying while she was in Loma Linda she was given this vision. And didn't you notice the date of her vision?

She was being given a vision of the Great San Francisco Earthquake - two days before it happened.

The Great Quake was on April 18th, 1906.

I am a seventh day adventist. In the late summer or early fall of 1999 I bought and installed the satellite equipment so I could watch 3ABN at home. In October or November of that same year I watched the evangelistic series preached by Bishop Stephen D Lewis, live on 3ABN. I remember when he mentioned that Ellen G White predicted the fall of the twin towers. I didn't think too much of it at the time. I didn't disbelieve the prediction. I didn't dwell on it either.

It wasn't until about a year ago when I saw a video clip of the prediction on youtube that it dawned on me what it was all about.

I mention all this to confirm that the prediction was made in the late fall, or early winter of 1999. This was about two years before the twin towers fell.

I was born into the Seventh-Day Adventist religion and as far back as I can remember, every now and again there will be sermons about E.G White's predictions, so when 9/11 happened, most Adventists I knew wasn't all that surprised 'cause it was pretty easy to add up.

Yep,it's true, Ellen White did say that, in her book on those pages in the late 1800's... she wrote that before those buildings ever even thought of!! She was a true prophet. I've read many of her books. If you get a chance to get your hands on her compilation called "Last Day Events" get it, and another "The Great Controversy"... if you wanna know what's going to happen in the end, it's a must read!! I know you can order it online and it's in the Adventist Book Centers as well.
