The Scalar Jump and Weapons

You all know what the Scalar Weapons are:
there are:
-the HAARP facility in Alaska which is producing earthquakes
-the Russian facility at Novgorod that is producing tornadoes
-the Norwegian facility that produces volcanoes
These weapons operate on the principle of a scalar jump namely:
They influence a very small area around the facility and that cancer replicates itself into the planet consciousness to strike somewhere else

A Scalar jump is a transition from an individual cell consciousness to a larger,more organized group consciousness

For instance:
when a child is conceived,it exists as a single cell
that cell divides itself in 2,then 4 ,8,16...
the geometrical progression of 2 continues until there are roughly 16000 cells
Those cells unite in a group and at that moment a scalar jump is produced:
those cells no longer see themselves as individual cell organisms ,but as a pluricellular organism
That organism develops tissues,specialized cells,organs,much like a human society
and finally,those 2 billion cells form an individual who is born and is called by his mother with a Single Name
Thus,he is an Individual

Later,that individual enters a group drug addicts
They meet together
At some point in time,when they are all drunk and drugged ,they lose their individuality and gain aGroup individuality:
The group of drug addicts ,armed with....

or he enters a Kaballah group
at some point in time,that group gains an individuality and becomes a cell in the jewish nation
and so on
groups from cities
cities form nations
nations form this planet
planets form a galaxy
galaxies form a universe

That is the principle upon which the meteorological weapons are based

Google a picture of HAARP and you'll see lots of small ,but tall antennas grouped together
Each antenna produces a small disturbance in the Earth's magnetic field
These distrubances unite themselves into a greater disturbance
The Earthly magnetic field is very organized with meridians and parallels

These reactions are like when you're going into a group and suddenly you start doing the opposite of what they are doing

this disturbance creates a movement of Earth's crust and thus,earthquakes

Same principle is applies to the movement of atmosphere currents
Most tornadoes are started in the gulf of Mexico in order to aim at the southern coast of USA
Americans create earthquakes for Russians and they respond with tornadoes
