I'm curious what kind of "training" could permit Moshe to sit through 4 (or was it 5?) cannisters of tear gas, as well as a good dousing with pepper spray.

I seriously doubt in this case they thought it would take four hours. They thought someone was there, they were wrong. It could have taken four years if we were closer to the lifestyle shown in the movie Idiocracy than we actually are.
Four hours is a lot of time in which a lot of agencies and different types of officers, including hostage negotiator types likely, would be doing whatever they need to do and plenty of time for lots of miscommunication and different people and agencies trying to assert authority.
If you followed the live feed you'd have known they were attempting to wait him out and did not anticipate eight hours. They were trying to do this in the safest way possible so they were waiting him out. Eventually they got tired of waiting and pushed the issue.
That's always their explanation, whether it's 4 hours or 8 hours, however all they needed to do was do what they finally did and get him out of the car. The waiting, the closing off of the streets and buildings around there, the gross inconsideration for the businesses and people around the site, none of that makes any sense to me. They can walk up to the man in the car and get him out. Period. The inconvenience to the public by waiting makes no sense unless there is a hostage involved, and even for humane reasons, in the hot sun, they should not keep things locked up so long. The cops are crazy.
You really expect them to do that when (a) they're dealing with a known crazy with an uncertain outcome (b) an audience of thousands? hundreds of thousands? maybe even millions? is watching this play out on Live TV?
Yes, I do. Here's another example I personally witnessed.
Two bank robbers attempted to enter the bank when the first employee arrived in the morning. Somehow the employee fought them off and the cops arrived, caught one of them running away and figured the other was still in the bank. So they lock down the neighborhood, close down the streets, positions cops on all intersection corners and infront of large buildings, preventing people from entering or leaving the area or their buildings. Meantime they are allowing a presumed burglar inside the bank to do whatever he want to the bank's records, computers, furnishings, for 4 hours, until finally a SWAT team comes up, invades the building, finds no one inside.

What did they expect, the the man would come strolling out by himself? Come to think of it the SWAT Team did appear to be yawning a bit, as if they'd had to be got out of bed. The incident happened at 7:30 A.M, and the SWAT team arrived at 11:30 A.M. At least the fat cop who stood outside our apartment building threatening any of us who tried to leave to go to work did appear to be getting a bit faint, leaning on a tree, leaning on his knees, poor guy, having to stand there all that time.
Can't help but be really afraid that the rest of our government is just as insane as our police forces. |

It was part of his relentless stalking that he would write about them in an effort to convince them we had written those text messages. Which I promptly reported to the Secret Service and still have some posted for our protection in case this guy does come after us (so there's evidence he was saying these crazy things and threatening us, etc.):

There are good ones out there-I know some-but overall I have seen too many abusing others, torturing others, being sadistic and taking PLEASURE in it
over 40 yrs I have seen such abuse the respect I use to have has been eroded by their own egregious acts upon elderly, crippled, handicapped, the young, and even experienced abuse myself...seen groups of them lie about others...I have seen a group plant on others...and that which is not seen...well, I am disgusted...If I handled myself that way and I have had to deal with violent people, mentally ill, violent reactions...and a list of ills...not easy counseling a sexual predator...but I am a professional and I expect if they want to wear the badge and threaten many-they better have character and integrity or they are just a pile of doo to me-regardless that they can kill me, harass me, victimize others...whatever...wrong is wrong and if one is right there is no need to be vindictive or vengeful...or lie in a fiduciary position-ones like that only SERVE THEMSELVES and their elite MASTERS-they are tools and will be disposed of once they remove the bigger threat-then they also shall be deemed a threat...

Perhaps this is a cover story for something else. We've been wondering why this guy withstood tons of tear gas and pepper spray, but no one has postulated that it might not have been real. This may have been some kind of psy-op.
Like many of these set-ups, it could serve a dual purpose. It justifies Obama's ramping up militancy in the face of assassination attempts, whether real or not. And, it can be used as a strawman to hang the Hudson River crash story, and send the vaccination-watchers down a rabbit hole.

The actor from a popular UK public service announcement about how to avoid swine flu ... has been diagnosed with swine flu.
In the advertisement (video below) from the U.K. Department of Health, actor David McCusker first sneezes the "wrong" way in an elevator, spraying mucus everywhere, then sneezes the "right" way -- into a tissue, which he promptly throws away and washes his hands.
The campaign's tagline: "Catch It, Bin It, Kill It."
Except now, according to the Daily Mail, McCusker has been diagnosed with swine flu.
"It was a shock when I found out," McCusker told the paper.
"I quarantined myself and I've been getting lots of [grief] from mates," he said. "I was supposed to 'Catch It, Bin It, Kill It' but instead I've been shivering, shaking and spreading it."
