For what I read it's the same state as being under drug. The only chances that you have to keep above control is to keep your brain activity above the frequency of HAARP activity (7Hz or above). Keep your attention to whatever you are doing and don't do anything to lower your consciousness, otherwise you may get thoughts or feelings that are not yours.

Alcohol is bad. Furthermore it's affecting the neurones and you are more likely becoming a sheeple than a full conscious person if you keep drinking alcohol.

About fruits and vegetables, anyway, the fresher the better. After some time it gets acidified and takes the ph level of the body out of balance.

Researchers made tests. They took what you would call the flu cells and took them into an alcaline culture and the cells became normal blood cells. Flu does not exist. It's the response of the immune system to an acidified body. Usually your body has more chances to fight it using sunshine (even though out of craziness people use strong sun cream as soon as they go out to prevent it) to create vitamin D and that's why the flu is more likely to come in winter.
