It could be that leftover heat from some prehistoric period simply COOKED whatever organic materials existed at that time, under heavy pressure. It may have absolutely nothing to do with an aeon during which life existed on this planet; likely before life was brought here at all. But the Scientism-addicts have to keep theorizing how non-life becomes life and how life becomes non-living fuels.
