I named a car after Comet Holmes. The comet touched me in a seriously spiritual way. And scientifically, its expansion rate and size had me gobsmacked as the brits would say!

I agree, this is something that is overlooked by a lot of people. It's a very compelling piece of evidence in the 2012 puzzle, backed up by hard scientific fact. It also sheds some light on the whole Mayan 2012 issue, the date of 21.12.2012 and how this date has been misread.

This could also point to the arrival of a brown dwarf in our solar system. This event could spark the earth changes talked about by the Mayans.

I am confused. Comet Holmes was gold looking when viewed by the naked eye. I don't understand the blue star part.

I also thought that this sign would not be missed. Most people (or sheeple) I talked to had no knowledge of Holmes. I watched it every night that I could. It was very interesting to say the least.

Can anybody clear this up for me?

It looked very blue/green to me.. My mother and I watched for several nights through our binoculars.. It was visibly bigger from night to night, and like someone said, very spiritually powerful!!

Well,it could be the haze in my area. I live around a large steel producing area and have a good bit of polution in the air. The shit that comes out of those mills could change the way Holmes looked to me.
Binoculars did seem like they were the best for viewing. I tried to look at it through my sons scope but it was much better with binoculars.

You are right about it being spiritually powerful. I have watched several comets over the years and none of them held my attention like Holmes. I could just look at it for hours on end and never got bored with it.

It's possible it was the aura around the comet and also the conditions where you live. I think the most important thing is the fact that the Mayans have agreed that this IS the blue star talked about in the hopi prophecies and also the enormity of the Holmes event which is the biggest recorded in our solar system. Also when you take in to acount the possibility of a brown dwarf entering our solar sytem which could be 'The Purifier' talked about in the prophecies, all the pieces of the puzzle seem to be fitting together.

Damn, and my outlook in life was starting to turn positive. Now you guys tell me I'm toast in 3 years. Figures....

We are not toast! In fact this prophecy is so much more positive in many ways than others I have read - and yet in many ways it ties in very well with others - including the Zetas although the Zetas are more practical and talk about bodies and incarnation, etc. We are about to evolve. To find out how much more we are than just these shells that we get so attached to. I am not totally unafraid. After all - I live in a human body - I struggle - I feel pain. But the changes are not spelling pain and suffering necessarily if you are listening and paying attention. I am excited to be living during this time!
