Answering the telephone and caller's rude replies...anyone got an answer for that???

Hi there! When answering the phone do you ever get mocked? You know, you say something like "Hello, Mary speaking"....and the person ringing replies with a laugh and smart reply echoes it back, "Hello Mary-speaking!".

Bad manners!

I'd like to hear some good/clever replies that will put them in their place, but not being mean. I would like to hear some suggestions if you have any. Anybody?.......
