New Aged Messiah, Id like to give you an alternative view of believing in Jesus.

I grew up catholic and absolutly hated it and saw it for the fallacy of control and evil that it is.

I was agnostic and athesist for a good part of life. Then I began to believe in a "higher power", because maybe, that would help. It didn't. I suffered a great deal of loss and tragedy.

I then became wiccan, was involved in circles but chose to be a solitary witch. I loved the idea of recognizing the feminine goddess after all, we are male and female here on earth.

But that kept me wanting, and so, I began to explore other alternatives. From Buddishm, Taoism-and some of my best friends are still involved with the OTO or the Golden Dawn which many believe is Satanism, but is mostly revering the Sun. that is there right to believe this way.

I gave up on "religion" entirely and was attracted to faiths such as bahai' that focused on human rights and education, and judging NO one.

I took philosophy of religion courses in college, as well as theology classes. I questioned everything about christianity and scoffed at all of it. From Adam and Eve to the virgin mary, I settled on believing that these were metaphors and not actual events.

I walked down an alley in the city one day to discover a pile of books on a dumpster. One was the Urantia book. It spoke of Jesus. I skimmed thru it. Its like 5000 pages long, and I have A.D.D. I met a guy in a bar who was a gang banger, shot 3 times, saved 3 times and now devoted his life to Christ and told me I had a light in me. I laughed at him.

I watched "what the bleep do we know" as I explored science, metaphysics and quatum physics. I've employed magic, I studied astrology for 20 years, I made my own tarot deck, I wore Ruins across my neck, tried to "create my own reality" with thoughts-and still felt an endless void and unhappiness. And still kept meeting really good people who were not bible thumpers or evangilist or hypocritical child molesting bastards or those exploting the poor with promises of salvation if they send in their money. I believed if they were "healed" it was psycosomatic at best. Although I suck at spelling, I'm actually rather intelligent and utlize critical thinking. I've been a doom monger and a conspiracy buff and think how the hell could there be a god in this world?

And now, I can tell you, that my relationship with Jesus has been salvation. I don't go to church. I keep myself to a few people who also believe and have been where i have been, because some of us have traveled the spiritual road, we have been cynics, non believers and jaded against christianity.

Let me put it to you this way: Logic. Seeing that there is so much evil in the world, one would have to deduce since we live in a world of dichotomy and opposities, that there is light. People commit the most henious and vile of acts, and we deem that evil. So, where is the wonderful and loving acts? Hidden mostly. We are in a battle for good and evil on this planet. why? I dont know. I gave up years of asking why is there evil and the bullshit belief of there isnt, its all neutral or there isnt, its all perception or there isnt, its all for ultimate good if you learn from it-there is fucking evil here. Ever dealt with a narcissist or sociopath? they abuse, and then blame the victim for why they abused. they fool everyone on the "outside" of the abuse, people would never think they were like that, but the reality is, they are. And the burden of proof is on the abused to prove it.

Do you not think, that an evil force would do whatever it could, to make the real truth so difficult to find, with this same gaslighting, manipulation? Dont you think real evil would find people to be "christians" and actually be the true evil? Trust me, true chrisitians dont judge others. They dont condemn others to fire hells for not believing. They dont do what the "stereotype" of Chrisianity has been. That right there my friend, is the devil himself.

Just my experiences. Jesus and the holy spirit only seek for you to find a relationship with HIM. Not the church, and not so you can go and self righteously and piously be hypocrites. thats the "sin". And that's the veil of evil over christianity right there. Abusive evil doesnt want you to find the truth. Namaste.

I like you, but the Goddess spoke to me and there mega multi-miracles, beyond any imagination, AND I was at the brink of DEATH for YEARS, hated and maligned and slandered and screwed over, TERRIBLE, unprecedented, it was so extreme, nothing anyone has ever experienced comes close, DERANGEMENT and DEMON POSESSION, and and and, but my faith proved true, I was right, She saved me.

There's not even a whisper of curiosity about Jesus in my soul, I know it's a made up story. I KNOW it is.

There's no cognitive process in my faith in Reality, it's simply absolutely real.

Well then, I can only say this, if you were "saved" by demon forces and a shit life, I don't care who saved ya, if in fact, you will be a light to others.But I dig Jesus. Im not sure that he was the asshole, of the man's versions of his teachings and times that have been rewritten and askewed for agendas. I think there are some who have found his word without all the propaganda. But if you're happy and free from evil, I'm happy for you.

Hundreds of millions of victims....Strangely, this same schitzophrenic with a totally different attitude tells a gathering 'blessed are the peacemakers'. So WHAT IS HE? Why did he tell us to turn the other cheek?
