I don't think this has been mentioned before but is an important point.

You have to remember that everything is EVERYTHING... that's alot.... or nothing ;)

We think in terms of concepts generated by language so naturally we will never be able to think in a complete enough way to understand anything.

Thus let go of belief, many deeper "truths" exist in paradox form.

Sure there may really be nothing that exists, but also everything exists.

YOU may really be nothing, but you are also everything. Both the leader and the follower. Thinking in any one concept is a trap of the ego, because it cannot actually be true from another perspective.

There is no truth, there are ideas that seem to point at this truth, but nothing that could ever contain its totality.

Remember from the perspective of "I am unworthy" you will ALWAYS be unworthy. You cannot win, you can only surrender. Even if you get what you want that defies that belief. You are unworthy unless you climb a mountain and then you finally climb it and scream from the mountain tops. You are still unworthy or else you wouldn't be celebrating. There is no escaping, only surrender. Admit defeat and be free.

When stop playing the game, stop thinking from the mind and starting thinking with the heart and feeling with the mind. Start using EC to define new sensations, new feelings, new experiences and then let them become stronger in your perspective. We could do more for our happiness by simply thinking how happiness feels and defining it more than anything accomplished by thinking.

Start living, start exploring what it is like to be and live and experience more and more.
