Daily use of my most used ec strings for various outcomes (not sure if continued use of same old same old string is advisable though as expansion is always just round the corner if needed)
 Quoting: Nahoti

I wonder about this too. Once I have employed an Ec string to describe a desired state, does that string always and forever describe that state?

Sometimes, when I find myself slipping into an "old", uncomfortable attitude, I will repeat an Ec string several times until I feel the warmth of the desired state returning.

But, I wonder about the "expansion" you mention. My favorite Ec string only has five neuronicons in it, and I have not felt a need to embellish it any more than that.

But, for some others, I DO feel a need for that expansion.

There are still some expressions for which I have yet to invent a string. I can't seem to settle on a definition for some things. One example: "beauty".

Ok how come I just made a string literally specifying "beauty" last week? This is freaky! Or very vain! Lol

I tweak my strings regularly depending on their performance hehe

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
What???? Abstract??? So we're not really moving?! We just think we are? How interesting!
 Quoting: Nahoti

I am too lazy to go look for the citation, but Chaol told us to imagine that we're sitting in a car, looking out the window, watching the scenery go by. He says that the car is standing still. He says that this is you. You're still, not going anywhere, while the scenery is zipping past you.

In another post, he explains that when you are in a room, that the room is created by your perception of the room. He says that if you go outside and stand by a tree, that it is actually your perception reconfiguring the room so that you "seem" to now be outside standing by a tree.

If you ever stop to contemplate this and watch your movements, then realize that "you" are not really moving, it is pretty freaky.

I have been reading some long pages by Seth about "action". All reality is based on "action". Every teeny-tiny action causes a different reality.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 6853315

Fits in with some of the statements Chaol has made....such as this forum is sometimes in a different world than the one his girlfriend is in.

I guess that's why so many of us are experiencing such unusual things. Maybe we are starting to become aware of those different worlds.

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
I decided to see how many books R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz wrote and went to his wikipedia page. This book was listed in the references for the page and it caught my eye, even though it isn't his book. I'm sure his work is mentioned in it.

Anyway, here's a pdf of The Spiritual Technology of Ancient Egypt by Edward Malowski. Here's an intro:

“Malkowski makes the daunting arcana of materialist-based quantum physics admirably comprehensible and shows how consciousness-based ‘new science’ effectively reproduces the sacred science of the ancients. "

[link to www.scribd.com]
 Quoting: U3

That Malkowski book is a good find, but, unfortunately, it is incomplete. Scribd does this a lot; it gives a teaser for a book so that you'll go buy it, I guess. There is a handful of authors who attempt to explain Lubicz's findings. Lubicz wrote in French in the 1940's, and some of his writing is kind of obscure. He makes references to things that leave the reader somewhat suspended as to what he was trying to describe.

Oh, that's cool.

I was driving today and thinking about how I wasn't really driving. The next thing I knew, I started talking out loud in a voice I have never even thought of using before...and just talked to myself like I was being interviewed or something. It was hilarious.

I saw my mom this evening and did it for her and she really cracked up. LOL!

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
In all fairness, I do, on occasion, buy ebooks from independent authors, in order to both support them and to acquire books that mainstream publishers won't touch.

I bought "Dead Men's Secrets" directly from the author, Jonathan Gray, around 2003. This is a terrific book written by an archeologist who asks really good questions about ancient knowledge, such as why a five-thousand year old culture would have measurements in the micrometers, and to such an exact accuracy.

It is only in the past year or two that I saw this book finally popping up on various forums. It took nearly ten years for that .pdf to start circulating the Internet with any degree of popularity.

One of the best places for acquiring hard copy books might be paperbackswap.com. All you pay for is the postage to mail a book to someone. I have replaced entire bookcases a couple times over using this service.

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
I have some thoughts unrelated to the current conversation, but related to some Chaol quotes. It's rather long because Chaol said a lot...

What if we are consciousness that decided to explore an experience that allows us to forget who we are in order to re-discover what we knew, re-discover ourselves.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 88)
Imagine you could do anything, be anything, know anything, simultaneous to the desire or want or need.
Imagine you were omnipotent in all imaginable ways.
How boring and purposeless would that be?
In that way, could forgetting be more exciting?

So we decided to explore slower frequencies, more density by stepping down our frequency bit by bit, shedding awareness as we stepped down. Each step down being like a layer in an onion until we get to our slowest frequency which enables us to focus through a body. This focus is done through the five senses using the brain as a holographic projector. One level up, our energy matrix contains our mind filled with beliefs and thoughts. The thoughts trigger emotions in the body, the brain takes heed of the thoughts and beliefs and interprets all energy accordingly, filtering out what doesn't resonate.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe": September 29 - October 28. (Do you know what happened at Farpoint Station?) (Page 9)
This guy explains it better than I can at the moment: [link to www.alphabetvsgoddess.com]
It's like someone has created a computer program that can infect the minds of hosts and cause them to act in certain ways.
We need not destroy the program completely. Only change the definitions.
And we change the definitions by changing the authors of those definitions.
Sounds crazy? Of course.

Our beliefs are the programming. We were taught everything we 'know' and absorbed beliefs without paying attention. We have unconsciously programmed ourselves without being aware of it. The programming occurs through everything we see, hear, read, sense. Through every interaction it is re-inforced. It is a self-perpetuating system because we pass it along to our children. Our thoughts are generated from our beliefs and perceived through our brains (senses) as a 'reality' we created unconsciously. These thoughts trigger emotions. The emotions reflect how out of resonance the thought/belief is from our whole being - the self that encompasses all of who we are - all the layers of frequencies, all that we perceive. This emotion is our communication with ourselves that acts as a guide. Our mind is filled with a constant flow of thoughts born of our embedded beliefs. Whenever we look at something we think a label and all the associated beliefs, whenever we hear something, the same thing. These thoughts are constantly generating our perceptions. These thoughts are energy - our energy. We put a lot of energy into these thoughts which create everything we perceive. If we sense an emotion, we can trace it to the thought that triggered it, and the thought will lead us back to the belief. If we can then consciously change the belief, we change the programming and change our perceptions. We can become the new author of our definitions and programming.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 76)
When we focus so much on what we think we are,
what we have built,
what we have said,
and the lives that we are familiar with,
we cannot re-member what has been there all along.
In order to limit your perspective, increase your focus.
That you may expand your perspective, unfocus and see the clarity that is all ready there.
No, you probably don't want to. (Of course. Which is why you probably have not really done so.)
The other you wants to. And it's waiting for you to take the leap of faith that "you" will still exist once you make the transition.

By letting our thoughts pass through our minds without focusing on them, without putting our attention on them, we can de-focus a bit and possibly expand the perspective.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 88)
There is no need to focus. Unfocusing is the key.
When you focus you are defining your reality further, which pushes away other experiences.
Are not sleeping and dreaming 'unfocusing'? And more physical experience 'focusing'?

If you can still the mind and not think for longer moments, you can increase possibility. This is the law of allowance. Judgement comes from thought. If you can accept everything that flows into your life and let it pass through without giving it much thought, then this allowance allows for the increase in flow of energy, increasing the perspective and possibility.

So the "problem" isn't that there isn't enough good in the world but that we are trying to define what is good and what is not good.

You can be saved from yourselves (destruction) by (firstly) being aware of natural processes and (then) not resisting them.

Any concepts we have are mind formed ideas which reflect a belief system. Any concept is possible if the mind is programmed accordingly.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 76)
So in order to expand your perspective through thinking, get rid of your thoughts, rely on them less, and make them interact with what no longer matters to you.

It is actually easier to 'let go' (energy-wise, if not psychologically) and integrate your reality with the dream world than it is to continue living the way you're accustomed to.

Imagine you are sitting on a planet and looking happily out into space.
After a few hundred years of peacefulness the small black hole that was always in the corner of your eye appears to grow bigger and bigger.
At first you don't pay much attention, but then you see that it is consuming everything around it.
You can feel its power upon your skin. The thing with this black hole is that if you resist and pull while it is pulling, it will tear you apart.
However, if you 'let go' and allow it to consume you, so to speak, then you can continue living, although in a different way than you knew before. (law of allowance)
This is the predictament you find ourselves in.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 91)
It could be said that when we "focus" we look directly at the symbol.
When we "unfocus" we look between the symbols.
This is where the geometry of relationships lay. And the beginning of where something can be anything.
As our perspective shifts so does this geometry. The shifts in perspective makes for possibility, which makes for continued perspective.

We are focused through this body in a way restricted by many limiting beliefs. Our awareness is minimal in this state. You could say that we are asleep. This is the dream world. The goal is to become lucid by bringing in more of our awareness, the more complete consciousness that was shed as we stepped down in frequency.

Dreams are only strange, at times, because we often don't understand how the different elements are related.
In a 'greater reality', less related things are experienced as more related. It actually takes more energy to keep these seemingly closely related things together than more 'unrelated' things. (each thought, representation takes energy to maintain)
You're using more energy in your current experience than you would in dream experience. Perhaps this is why we think it is more real. (But when you're dreaming which world do you think is more real?)
But when you realize what you are already doing then your universe expands, utilizing less energy, and you 'get closer' to perceiving what cannot be perceived. As I mentioned before that from which all else springs is 'we perceive that which takes the least amount of energy to perceive'. The closer you get the less energy you use to perceive until no energy is used at all to perceive that which cannot be perceived. (becoming lucid in this 'waking' reality = becoming more aware of what we are already doing)
Example for above. Take an apple. We were taught at some point to interpret a specific energetic frequency as an 'apple'. We gave it a label, an image/symbol, and a belief system about it. It takes a lot more energy to uphold all these thoughts about an apple, than if we just experienced the energetic signature behind the apple (experienced the apple as a part of us).

The dream world is collapsing around you. Wouldn't you know, though, that you're in the dream and thinking it is reality.
A new kind of physicality. (The one that I am talking about now.)
The realization that everything is physical, and that you are all ready in dream state.

Chaol mentioned the sound people are hearing and the events that are happening as if they were alarm clocks or sounds from the 'waking' world sent in here to wake people up.

If you heard strange, loud sounds in a lucid dream, what might that represent?
What role did the dream-music in the film, Inception play?(to wake up the dreamer, dream collapsing)

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 78)
These sounds have occurred before, of course, but not at the current frequency.
How appropriate that 2012 is the "year of the dragon".
When the dragon roars, you know you're "dreaming".
In the movie, Inception, the music was used to signify that the dream is collapsing.
However, it is your current reality it is not the dream that is collapsing but the world you have built.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 79)
(Light is persistent throughout the universe. Sound is not, but it does 'jump' to different realities.)

In lucid dreaming, people use a trigger to try to become aware in their dream, like seeing their hands. As above, so below. Once aware in the 'dream' all sorts of impossible feats now become possible because they believe it is a dream and the beliefs associated with this state are much less limiting. However, if they focus for too long (seconds)on any particular thing within the lucid dream, they lose lucidity. This goes back to what Chaol said about unfocusing, otherwise our attention is captured by a particular thing and we perceive less.

Only by being nothing-in-particular can something be everything.
Everything-at-once and nothing-at-all is the same thing.
We naturally resist "nothing" because it makes us feel as though we do not exist.
We cover our eyes with details where there really are none.
"Nothing" is frightening to most of us and to be avoided at all costs.
This is what creates the universe in which you find yourself.

Our resistance to a state that we exist in as just consciousness in full allowance is what enables this physical reality.

Thread: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking. (Page 80)
Fear of non-existence is the nature of physicality because it creates the resistance that physicality illustrates through the bifurcation of perspective (duality).
We are appearing to have this conversation because the resistance is still there.
If there was no fear, you would simply be talking to yourself. (Which, really, is what you're doing anyway whether or not you realize it.) You would not resist any reality because "any reality" comprises your perspective.
All because of the fear of not existing.
This resistance creates physicality. Your physicality has changed (already), and so should the manner in which you resist.

Ecsys was introduced to bypass thinking of things in terms of words, thereby increasing perspectives. However, the end goal isn't Ecsys, it's the new paradigm of allowing possibility, becoming consciously aware of every belief, choosing your experiences.. You can perceive more of the true nature of things using Ecsys.

For those who 'get' Ecsys and neuronics there is an understanding that what I am talking about now is the same thing as Ecsys.
And so we have created a representation here on this thread and are now "unfocusing" on it and allowing more room for more of what is actually is rather than what we want it to be.

Thanks for reading through this far.

Thank you very much for this. It took some time to look up all of those quotes. You put a lot of effort and consideration into assembling this post. I much enjoyed it.

Regarding "thought": it is only a week or so since I realized that I experience "phenomena" when I am not thinking. When I am just staring into empty space without any thought at all, I perceive all sorts of weird things, like UFOs and Nissan pickups driving past me just moments after trying to remember the name of a Nissan pickup.

Consider the possibility that you order yourself into being from chaos... You do this, always, in all ways. This "ordering" has resulted in the possibilities you're experiencing, here, now. In each experience you've ever had, more and more of "this" reality is generated logically from your previous experience. Your observation of this unfolding of order and chaos is reality.

What did you come up with for "beauty"?

This is entirely strange. I am not sure how to respond to that.

I suppose I feel a bit like Bilbo Baggins with an amazing story to tell.

Where do I begin?

I have been reading this website for a few days now. About 10 days ago I woke up and found a document on my computer, addressed to me. (This was strange because my computer is ultra-secure.)

Apparently, I had written it. But not me me, another me. It seems that I am this Chaol, or somehow have channeled this being.

From what I have read so far "Chaol's" life is my life. I feel like I have taken a trip down the rabbit hole. I have been having these amazing dreams the past several years. I thought it was because of a change in diet but when I find this huge amount of text with some details about my life, a note (from myself to myself?), and frequent dreams about talking with people in various places, and doing various things "from above", it astonishes me.

I get the feeling this isn't some kind of elaborate joke because 1) no one else can access my computer to create entire directories; 2) I remember some of this now; 3) there are things on here that very few people would know. And I remember dreaming about a guy with an old French car and a few other things. Like I was actually there!

I'm not sure what I am supposed to do now. The past few days have left me feeling quite strange. I feel like I am already here, but not here. Like I have been introduced at some event, but I am not the person in the playbill.

Dreams sure can make you do things your waking mind would not ordinarily do, that's for sure. But for some reason I have a tremendous urge to write a book and eat chocolate.

What's your take on all of this?

Now that I think about it, I believe Chaol was referencing this forum when he wrote the above.

Locating the "treasure" appears to be the easy part.

Unless something is actually physically buried somewhere.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 6853315

Yes, that's the direction you want to go, your expanded perspective. If the thoughts streaming through your mind are not from your own chosen beliefs, then turn off the thought spigot and hop on the expanded perspective train. You receive your guidance in those moments. These moments lead to more moments, then maybe you're crossing that bridge Chaol mentioned.

I suppose I may have written some of it at night or other times when I am not disturbed. Right now I sit by a waterfall and singing birds as I type. I could easily drift into another state of mind, I suppose.

In the past few days since I have begun to realize that I have been leading a double life (so to speak) some memories have been coming to the surface. It is though I already know what they are, yet they seem new to me.

My brain has felt much larger or more like I am standing inside my head and it's a huge cavern of empty space.

Wow! Well, first off, I decided today, that if you didn't return this week, I was going to write a Genius at the end of the week and get you back here. Intent, nice, eh?

Now, when I first started these threads, I thought you were lucid dreaming. After reading your post, I guess maybe it's true. And, so it makes sense that you are returning as yourself, but different.

It also makes a lot of other things you've said make sense too...such as, "I was born in the womb here" but then in another post, you said "I have lived here many years." I couldn't understand the reason for the distinction.

Anyway, I would say to merge with the dreamworld Chaol would be of great benefit to you and also an example to us of the benefits of our merging with our dreamself. According to you (lol), we all have another self there. Seeing how great your dream Chaol is, only makes me more motivated to meet mine.

So is all this information on Ec language and Genius maps new to you? And you didn't even know about the forum until you saw the note to yourself on your computer?

Btw, the comment you made about you have the urge to eat chocolate and write a book....is exactly something dream Chaol would say, hehe! Also, other things in your post are very much like dream Chaol.

Anyway, WELCOME BACK. It's about time!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll have to meditate on this some more because once again, you've blown my mind, lol!

Re: Notes from an "alternate universe". Introduction to a new way of thinking.
...

I wouldn't say that I'm convinced. But it all pretty much makes sense to me now.

"when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth"

It is improbable that I would subconsciously write something, but not impossible. I can offer no other explanation, especially considering the memories I have of some of this.

The evidence has been right before my eyes all along. I just never saw it because I was not looking for it.

You're still very opaque. I hope you've found yourself in a more desirable position. What is it (exactly) that you experienced as you interacted your way into this perspective?

The past few years have just been quite normal for me. I go about my business and nothing is out of the ordinary.

Consciousness-wise, I did not experience anything different before I read the note on my computer. But then it was like a deja-vu. A revelation about a "secret life" that seemed strange because I began to remember it.

Other than that there's no shift of perspective, if that's what you mean.

Not sure, but it's like someone has been carefully chiseling away inside my head. I hope it's not a pumpkin!

The Chaol you knew before will not be returning.

It also makes a lot of other things you've said make sense too...such as, "I was born in the womb here" but then in another post, you said "I have lived here many years."

I would say to merge with the dreamworld Chaol would be of great benefit to you and also an example to us. We all have another self there. Seeing how great your dream Chaol is, only makes me more motivated to meet mine.

So is all the information on Ec language and Genius maps new to you?

Btw, the comment you made about you have the urge to eat chocolate and write a book....is exactly something dream Chaol would say, hehe!

I'd have to read some more (a lot more!) but I really haven't thought about Ec language or genius maps. It's a bit confusing for me to think about. I'm actually mapping out the whole thing on a big piece of paper to make sense of it all. I do feel a bit like Watson next to Sherlock Holmes, trying to figure this thing out when Sherlock knows the answer all along.

This is going to be such fun. You have brought a great deal of information to us. What fun that we get to figure it out together.
