I remember watching a Beyonce thing on E television one day. She was talking about when she was younger and how shy she was. But when she'd get on stage it's like "something took over her" (paraphrasing). That really stuck in my head for some reason. It just didn't sit right with me. I think other artists have said roughly the same thing. Like how they are on stage and they turn into a different person.
The other thing was that I remember watching the Beyonce Diva video and thinking that dance was really odd for some reason. Like when you watch a person dance and there is a fluidity to it and the movements make sense. But with that dance the movements (and in her Single Ladies video) are disjointed and almost mechanized. Wow, these series of videos are really "illuminating". They haven't really discussed Britney yet. But her song, Hit me Baby One More Time, is an odd choice of words. It would be interesting to see that addressed in this series of vids.

The person who put these videos together really put some time into them. The basic premise for all the videos is how you don't become uberfamous unless you sell your soul. You take a blood oath and this includes ritual sacrifice of family members to pledge allegience to Lucifer. The videos are all full of pyramids, all seeing eyes, baphomet, horn hand signals, all seeing eye hand signals, spirals, checkerboard floors. Even the lyrics talk about selling their souls. People who speak out die. I bet that is why Lauryn Hill disappeared from the industry. She was a phenomenal singer and songwriter and poet. There are many interviews with rappers speaking out.
