I just got word from my source. The meeting was called to inform team leaders that starting tomorrow they will be going through crowd/riot control and bomb recognition training. He was also informed that within the next ten days or so there will be nine more facilities coming online in his two-state area, which is in the south. He said this meeting can be linked to the drill which was carried out nationally last month, but that for it to have been called so suddenly, and the training to begin so soon after the meeting, something is definitely up. He now also saysthat a tractor-trailer from the armory has pulled up onsite and it is full of AR-15s and tactical shotguns. He has nothing more specific than that to say right now, but will keep me informed, and I will relay what he says
where exactly in the south? would it happen to be where the latest "outbreak" is happening??

So I have a friend down the road from me who's son-in-law works for the Army Protective Services Unit. They protect top brass such as R. Gates, etc. Anyhow, he is ready to receive orders I've been told. I was told this two weeks ago. I'm in NC.

I noticed the hair texture as the trainer looks very similar to my brother-in-law (no it isn't him...LOL). I then check the remaining picture from this thread of the youtube guy.
Hair and facial structure is different.

I was re-reading my hardcopy of the DOD Implementation Plan For Pandemic Influenza [GOOGLE the title to read it yourself] and on page 52 found the following which addresses home-quarantines...
Guidance on Community Strategies
HHS, in coordination with DHS, DOT, Education, DOC, DOD, and Treasury, shall provide State, local, and tribal entities with guidance on the combination, timing, evaluation, and sequencing of community containment strategies (including travel restrictions, school closings, snow days, self-shielding, and quarantine during a pandemic)
The words, 'SELF-SHIELDING' are of primary importance in that text as it's the first time personal quarantines are mentioned. On the next page [53], under "Voluntary Home/Community Quarantine Measures", the text again mentions VOLUNTARY HOME QUARANTINES as an infection control measure.
These suggest to me that the official strategy will involve martial law with troops/federal officers manning checkpoints to enforce any mandatory quaratines. It also suggests those who may be sick will be expected to stay home and even forced to stay there. I would presume that those who work in essential governmental services [as I do] would receive some form of I.D. card allowing local travel and passage through checkpoints.
A question remains in my mind, however: whether people who REFUSE the vaccine will be sequestered at home [those numbers would certainly include ME!] under force.
But, perhaps an even greater impression of intent is the inclusion of these policies over TRIBAL LANDS. These lands are supposed to be separate nations from the United States -and as such, largely autonomous from formal governmental operations. THIS is VERY DISTURBING as it illustrates that nothing will be considered SACRED [and no boundaries honored] when everybody is wheezing away.
