And isn't Scripture suppose to define Scripture? YHVH says that the mark that is in the right hand and forehead are already defined. Sure, there MIGHT, and probably will be, a physical mark to restrict access to food, utilities, etc, as the entire financial world is indicated...but the spiritual depths of this mark are previously defined.
Mark in right hand = actions, doing
Mark in the forehead = knowing, being aware, knowledgeable

Solution: Texas Evacuation Tracking System (TX SNETS)
In response to the recommendations of a state-appointed special task force,
the Governor’s Division of Emergency Management (GDEM) reached out to the
private sector. An AT&T-led group of technology providers including Motorola,
Radiant RFID and Retriever Software, worked together to create an automated
evacuee tracking system.Called TX SNETS, the system integrates Motorola handheld computers with
Geographic Information System (GIS) databases with status and tracking
displays, tracking software, barcode wristbands and Radio Frequency
Identification (RFID) scanners, and commercial coaches and school buses
equipped with mobile Global Positioning System (GPS) units.
Results: Simple process that registers 12,000 evacuees and pets per hour
Wristbands are scanned as evacuees board GPS-equipped buses and again
upon arrival at the sheltering destination, updating the information at each point
and sending the data wirelessly to a centralized database maintained by the
University of Texas Center for Space Research. The TX SNETS solution allows the
state to monitor the evacuees’ status, keep family members and pets together,
and provide information to loved ones at each stage in the evacuation process.
The MOTOROLA MC9094 provides emergency personnel with true mobility, enabling them to register evacuees on-site.
Improving the evacuation process through
integrated technology
When Hurricane Katrina hit the southern coast of the
United States, approximately 475,000 evacuees fled
to Texas. More than 126,000 had no identification,
9,000 were special needs individuals, and 2,000
children under eighteen were unaccompanied by
an adult. “It was a major relief operation,” recalls
Chief Jack Colley, Governor’s Division of Emergency
Management (GDEM).
The GDEM invited Motorola and other private sector
technology providers to develop an effective, secure
solution that would help the state evacuate and
track special needs individuals quickly, efficiently and
safely. With special needs redefined as anyone who
could not self-evacuate for any reason, the numbers
of potential evacuees increased dramatically, adding
layers of complexity to the challenge. A rapid
registration process and a secure method of tracking
each evacuee, as well as their pets, wheelchairs,
walkers, and other necessities, throughout the entire
evacuation process was critical.
Motorola partnered with Retriever Software and
Radiant RFID to create an integrated technology
solution using Radiant RFID’s customized bar-coded
RFID wristbands and RFID portals, Retriever’s
tracking application software, and Motorola’s rugged
MC9094 handheld computers.“We worked with about 58 private groups to make
this system happen and those groups were essential
to developing answers that work in the real world,”
Chief Colley says. “For example, Motorola gives us
great support from border security to evacuations.
They are there when we need them most. We’re
dealing with life and death, not proficiency issues, so
the technology has to work, it cannot fail.”
Smooth efficient registration process
The process is simple. Upon arrival at a designated
evacuation center, National Guardsmen collect and
enter each family’s information into the tracking
system using a laptop computer or a MC9094
handheld wireless computer. A rugged device
designed for the most demanding, high stress field
environment, the MC9094 provides emergency
personnel with true mobility, enabling them to
register evacuees on-site at the evacuation hub.
Data input errors are reduced by a user-friendly
software application with a standard template. And
the rapid deployment of over 500 handheld mobile
computers meant that the equipment would be
there when it was needed.
“The contributions made by the Motorola team were
nothing less than spectacular,” says Cynthia Rubio,
president of Radiant RFID. “Product knowledge,
responsiveness and perseverance were huge factors
that contributed to the successful deployment of this
system.”
Keeping family and pets together and loved ones
informed
After the data is collected, each family member
is given an RFID wristband with a serial number
that matches the record in the database. Pets
and physical or medical equipment are given
corresponding tags. The information is wirelessly
transmitted to the master database housed at the
University of Texas Center for Space Research in
Austin.
“The scale of mass evacuation demands a new
approach to command control and the creation of a
system that registers evacuees in real-time at their
departure points,” says Dr. Gordon Wells, Program
Manager, Center for Space Research, University of
Texas at Austin. “One of our jobs (at the Center) is to
track the location, capacity and current occupancy of
the evacuation shelters. So tracking the location of
the evacuees as they move through the process and
monitoring bus locations through GPS technology
was a natural activity we could expand on.”
Tracking enabled by wireless devices
National Guardsmen also use the Motorola handheld
computers to scan the wristbands as evacuees
board buses for transport to the shelters. Before
departure, the Guardsmen print out a manifest for
the driver to help account for each evacuee after
fuel stops and comfort station breaks. Buses are
equipped with GPS units, enabling the Center for
Space Research to track and report their locations
and speeds every 30 seconds.
Upon arrival at the shelter, evacuees either walk
through an RFID portal or their wristbands are
manually scanned, updating their status and
transmitting the information to the master database.
A printed manifest is then provided to the shelter
host. TX SNETS keeps evacuees, their pets, and
their medical necessities together and allows family
members to contact the Texas 2-1-1 information and
referral service to track evacuees’ status and current
location.
By the time Hurricane Dean threatened the Texas coast in August of 2007, the state was ready and waiting
with TX SNETS securely in place and poised to evacuate 150,000 people on 3,000 buses.
“When you’re dealing with people, not just assets, there is a moral responsibility to get it right,” says Sheila
Donnelly, president, Retriever Software. “When the system is allowed to proceed as planned and exercised
by Emergency Operations, the information is moved efficiently and accurately and the level of confidence
and calmness increases.”
For the state, TX SNETS provides a smooth, efficient process of effectively allocating search and rescue
resources for those who for any reason cannot self-evacuate. For evacuees, it means no longer having to
worry about losing a child in the chaos, leaving behind a pet, or being separated from critical special-needs
devices. For loved ones, it means keeping tabs on family members. And for all, it controls the turmoil and
reduces the extreme stress of a mass evacuation.
“We live in a world now where catastrophic events occur, whether man-made or natural,” says Chief Colley.
“Our priority is to take care of our citizens first and foremost, and in the 21st century we should be able to do
that. We had great support from the private sector and Motorola was one of them in a big way.” |

I say bs, rfid chips in passports were cracked and cloned in less than 24 hours, all you whould have to do is get a hold of a bracelet hack the chip and clone one from someone who
had a shot, rfid chips in their current state are useless for holding secure info since they can be easily cracked and cloned, plus people whouldent stand for it, it whould be pushing the population too far. |

I don't doubt the source or that they have inside information, but what they do have is incorrect information.
The swine flu has been wide spread. I even had it for 2 days. It's nothing. The regular flu is worse.
I'm hoping if this is true, that all people rebel against it and that the cops don't try to be cool; because if enough people are against this, no amount of force can stop them. |

i agree with the AC who mentioned storming the
roadblocks. Once a couple of cops are killed
trying to enforce this illegal crap the rest will
get the idea it is not in thier best interest

On the other hand I seriously doubt the g'ment

Sorry, but the numbers just don't mean a thing. There is a greater danger from NORMAL flu, and more deaths from that than from the flying pigs flu!
And I've had ONE single flu shot my entire 40 years, and guess what? That is the ONLY TIME I've ever had the regular flu! Yes, I've had colds, bronchitis, even walking pneumonia, but the flu ONE TIME, and that after getting a flu shot! I've even had a 24 hour "flu-like" bug before, which I think was more along the lines of food poisoning than flu.
I think this is WAY overblown, to put people in fear mode, and never know, people just might snap like they did in China or Japan (don't recall which) where a guy coughed in the vicinity of another, so the other beat him to death from fear of contracting avian flu. The flu shot does NOT cause a full blown flu....it may cause an increased temperature temporarily and some minor discomfort for the next 48 hours after injection but that is not the real flu...that is your own antibodies at work fighting the vaccine so it develops an immunity to that particular strain of flu...some people develop worse symptoms then others. What you probably got was another strain of flu that the vaccine did not cover...the vaccine does not cover every strain..that would be impossible. It covers what the CDC predicts will be the most common 3 strains will be.
Also the NORMAL flu this is is predicted to be the H1n1 flu strain. Yes I agree it may be overblown...but better to be safe then sorry. While we will see the WORST cases in the hospitals like I am seeing right now..there will be many cases that people will be able to overcome this virus by themselves with simple bedrest, plenty of fluids etc just like you would with any other strain. BUT this flu tends to attack the lungs and pneumonia will be the thing that will end up hurting the most and killing people.
I agree... the numbers do not show a lot right now..but it is showing a rise in the found H1N1 cases of flu right now. Most of the flu's seen right now are the H1N1 flu strains. This fall will probably be even worse. I think overkill yes possibly with the media over-doing like they always do...but I personally would rather have a heads up and get my vaccine this year then take a chance of getting very sick from this virus...and since I work in health care...I will probably end up getting it (the flu)before the vaccine is even available to us. We are the last to get it usually...our patients first..then the health care workers. And usually we have to pay out of pocket for the flu.....the shots are not free to us. Which brings me back to the road blocks etc...this is way overblown because these vaccines are NOT free...they cost money. I am sure the government wants a big chunk of money for these vaccines....no way no how will there be road blocks set up making people take a vaccine.....that would be like setting up road blocks to give everyone in line the choice to take $25.00 or be put on a bus and taken to a prison camp...LOL |

I am not a paranoid thinking the whole world is out to get me.
I am more of a person who likes to read about conspiracy and then also read what the main-stream media has to offer and come to a balanced mind-set. You have to admit that some of this is totally extreme and totally paranoid.
I don't dismiss that our government does things that are stupid and against the people..but I try to at least put it in context and use my head. The idea of using road-blocks and forced immunizations is totally insane.
A. The vaccine is not ready yet
B. The vaccine costs money and I think the government is more interested in getting all the money it can then to SPEND money micro-chipping every human being with a bracelet and a flu vaccine
C. There probably will not even be enough of the vaccine to go around properly to everyone.
D. Why force what people will be willing to do anyway?
E. The idea itself is just total paranoia on the part of dommsday wishers. |

IF they do enforce flu shots, then I would be inclined to take it. They must know that for the general public to be unvaccinated would be chaos and a high death rate for them to go to the trouble of enforcing it.
Yes, some people are against vaccinations for whatever reason, but I always get flu shots and whatever else my doctor says to get. I personally hate getting the flu, and I've had pneumonia, which is no fun and usually caused by the flu. Who has time to be sick for 2 weeks and feel that bad if you don't have to? A little while ago I was listening to a discussion on the radio about how new motorways are being built with solid concrete walls either side. I get the train to work from an outer suburb into the city centre and the train line follows a major motorway. Over the past 12 months they have been undergoing extensive upgrades to this motorway including building a steel reinforced concrete wall along it's edge. The only purpose I can see for this wall is to prevent vehicles from getting off that motorway except at the exits. Also they have completed a ring road in record time that now completes the encirclement of the city. People inside that ring just aren't going to go anywhere if the authorities don't want them to. So in reply to the above post. You won't be getting out of any line earlier. |

What I can't figure out, if this is so harmless (the vaccine that is), then WHY do they feel they have to FORCE it on those who do NOT want it? A little while ago I was listening to a discussion on the radio about how new motorways are being built with solid concrete walls either side. I get the train to work from an outer suburb into the city centre and the train line follows a major motorway. Over the past 12 months they have been undergoing extensive upgrades to this motorway including building a steel reinforced concrete wall along it's edge. The only purpose I can see for this wall is to prevent vehicles from getting off that motorway except at the exits. Also they have completed a ring road in record time that now completes the encirclement of the city. People inside that ring just aren't going to go anywhere if the authorities don't want them to. The flu shot does NOT cause a full blown flu....it may cause an increased temperature temporarily and some minor discomfort for the next 48 hours after injection but that is not the real flu...that is your own antibodies at work fighting the vaccine so it develops an immunity to that particular strain of flu...some people develop worse symptoms then others. What you probably got was another strain of flu that the vaccine did not cover...the vaccine does not cover every strain..that would be impossible. It covers what the CDC predicts will be the most common 3 strains will be.
Also the NORMAL flu this is is predicted to be the H1n1 flu strain. Yes I agree it may be overblown...but better to be safe then sorry. While we will see the WORST cases in the hospitals like I am seeing right now..there will be many cases that people will be able to overcome this virus by themselves with simple bedrest, plenty of fluids etc just like you would with any other strain. BUT this flu tends to attack the lungs and pneumonia will be the thing that will end up hurting the most and killing people.
I agree... the numbers do not show a lot right now..but it is showing a rise in the found H1N1 cases of flu right now. Most of the flu's seen right now are the H1N1 flu strains. This fall will probably be even worse. I think overkill yes possibly with the media over-doing like they always do...but I personally would rather have a heads up and get my vaccine this year then take a chance of getting very sick from this virus...and since I work in health care...I will probably end up getting it (the flu)before the vaccine is even available to us. We are the last to get it usually...our patients first..then the health care workers. And usually we have to pay out of pocket for the flu.....the shots are not free to us. Which brings me back to the road blocks etc...this is way overblown because these vaccines are NOT free...they cost money. I am sure the government wants a big chunk of money for these vaccines....no way no how will there be road blocks set up making people take a vaccine.....that would be like setting up road blocks to give everyone in line the choice to take $25.00 or be put on a bus and taken to a prison camp...LOL Quoting: Anonymous Coward 763467
Sorry, but I know what I contracted after getting the flu shot, and it being the only shot I ever got, and never getting the flu besides that time...and if you're hitting a 50/50 hoping the shot you get keeps the flu away, but can get any other flu, I say piss on it, don't want it. The toxins in the shots are worse than the flu, especially if they accumulate and end up with heavy metal toxicity.
And if Obama-care gets passed (dont know why they are rushing it if it isn't suppose to take effect until 2013?), then whose to say they wont ramp it up, enact it earlier (through an amendment), and then force it upon peoples. They will have full access to your private bank account, where they can withdraw the $25 or whatever amount they choose to pay for it, even without your approval.
I take all the pieces going on and see how they fit into the bigger picture. And with Obama's background, ideology, and his more-than-rapid approach to get things started, I don't trust him to even tend to my horses, much less my life. And also knowing past pandemics/epidemics, and how they came about...nah, no thanks.

Yeah, I already have...and government ALWAYS lie, that's one thing we can TRUST them to do! Heck, if a politician is speaking, take what they say, flip it 180 degrees, then you're closer to the truth than you can imagine.
What I can't figure out, if this is so harmless (the vaccine that is), then WHY do they feel they have to FORCE it on those who do NOT want it? I mean seriously...those who have been vaccinated against it are no longer in danger of catching it, so <snipped>

The real answer is that you would be correct. The actual "approved" message will be thus:
Some people who receive the vaccine do not develop resistance to the disease, hence, unvaccinated threats (you and me) are a threat to those who did not develop the desired response that we at Baxter intended. (pun intended)

I work in healthcare as a nurse...I am seeing H1N1 patients in my hospital and more coming in...the symptoms are coughing fever vomiting and worse..these symptoms lead to pneumonia very easily and people are at risk of losing their very lives. These people are VERY SICK!!
Check out the CDC site yourselves for an update on the H1N1 flu!!! See how many people have already died!! This is NO joke people...it is already considered a world PANDEMIC!!

Do a little research on H5N1 and see what the symptoms of this little dandy disease are. I think you will be surprised to find out that you are describing the symptoms of H5N1, not H1N1. H1N1 is relatively mild...H5N1 is deadly. Please, do the research. You forget that when H1N1 first surfaced, there were reports of it being comprised of human, swine, and bird DNA. |
