The Mortgage Bankers Association has stated that 13 percent of Mortgages are 90 days late or more. This is the normal time the banks take to make the first legal move to foreclosure.

As the article says if they dont come up with some kind of mortgage holiday for the Unemployed this is all just a waist of time. Sooner or later the Banks are going to have to take a real accounting instead of the monkey business they are doing.

I know of people that have not had the first step of foreclosure tanken against them and they have not made a payment in a year...

i am working on a home for a semi retired real estate agent. i asked him what he thought, he said flat out, i have never seen it this bad in my life,61, and i asked, when do you think it is going to get better, he said five years at least. he said it can't get any worse, i laughed and said yeah right, he just rolled his eyes, it will get worse, a lot worse.

When peaceful revolution becomes impossible, violent revolution becomes inevitable.
