Have you ever found yourself saying 'This person, could do so much better, but since the ones involved with each other were happy, so it didnt matter what you thought?'

Have you ever thought, I wouldnt ask this of this person, but when it all comes down to it, the one doing things for the other, didnt mind as it just was another opportunity for them to show their love?

Have you ever found yourself thinking 'i will never get along with this person, but as long as they are happy, its okay?'

Well, I know this person, very well. Its my very own mother.

I am writing this to say, that her husband of 19 years, has passed away. We may have never seen eye to eye, but because he was never disrespectful, nor abusive towards her, in my eyes, that was enough. And I actually thank him for being a friend, a companion and a husband to my mother.

She may never read this, but I wanted to show a public appreciation to the man that did in fact make my mother happy.

All my love goes out to you mom, and the rest our family.

We all have flaws, but at the end of the day, if (it), (they) makes us happy, who the fuck cares what others think.

I feel bad, in hindsight, I dont even know his birthday, but he lived a happy life, didnt suffer, and had a wife who loved him very much, so to me, in the end, that part is irrelevant.
