Alzheimers Is brain infection caused by mycoplasma and eating trans fat. I year of doxycycline should clear it up. Stop eating trans fat.

I have just come across your post about Alzheimer's and God healing it. I notice that your post was 2009. In that same year my wife and I went to a Christian camp where one of the speakers was Ian Andrews of Citadel Ministries. At that camp Ian said that God had spoken to him and said that He was about to heal Alzheimer's. Ian said that a lady dressed in a nightie and dressing gown and with tangled hair came to the platform and speaking very clearly said that she had just been healed of Alzheimer's.
Citadel Ministries is somewhere in the States (I am in England). You can easily Google them and obtain an address. At the least you should be able to obtain a CD of one of Ian's meetings in which this healing is mentioned. And possibly others. I am sorry that this information may be too late for you.

My Dad is a born again Christian and was very much filled with the Holy Spirit before alzheimers hit him-now he is a rather sad unhappy shell of a man-everyone has prayed as he has himself in a believing community but the healing has not come so all I can say is it appears to be a disease that healings and prayers don't seem to have the success rate as cancer,

My grandfather and my father were taken by Alzheimer's. Daddy would put green beans in his shirt pocket in case he was hungry, later. Sometimes i would bribe him with a cookie to please not yell out at fat ladies or to say bad words loudly in public. Before his mind was lost, he was a lay minister in a Methodist Church.

Thera are reason you don't understand why god does things that seems unjust...when your are at your weakest, is when you feel the power of god. Many things will come to you when the time for you is right..dont lose faith in god..be firm and believe in him and his teachings..there is a time when we are call to him, maybe the time for your mom is now..and she will be better with god that in this earth...many here who walk in the dark side will try to persue you otherwise...do not heed...keep the faith and accept gods way..your mother will be ok, one way or the other the suffering will have its reward...

All dis-ease is an outpicturing of the inner climate of thought, feelings, beliefs. I read that people who have Alzheimers have such deep feelings for their loved ones that they cannot bear the idea of a sudden separation when death comes. They forget gradually so that the transition is no big deal to them. No matter how far advanced your mother is, tell her that we don't disconnect from those we love. A loving universe wouldn't permit this. If she cannot discuss it with you, explore the idea aloud to yourself over and over when you are with her.
